Our company has been installing solar pv for six years now. We are happy we found Charlie Saginaw at CivicSolar as he has been super helpful to work with to find parts and materials we need to make our work possible. Charlie has also proven himself to go above and beyond by answering his phone off his normal work hours to see that our needs are being met during pressing work times and tight deadlines. Charlie has also helped us stay ahead on the ever-changing curve of technology by educating himself and then on to us. As installers, we appreciate a vendor who is easy to work with, competitive, and quick to find the materials we need while be conscientious about each system we are building. This is key, because then Charlie can get a better understanding of what we are designing so that he can work with us as a team to assure the right equipment is used to have a phenomenal system installed.
