We bought a brand new mini-van last year and the service was great. The salesman was happy to work towards what we wanted. This year we bought a brand new Dodge Ram 2500 from Renfrew. Rod Roy was our salesman and he was amazing. Best truck buying experience of my life. Renfrew has made a life-long customer out of me.

These gentlemen make a hard to please women walk away smiling and happy. Thank you for working your magic to get me financially set in the wheels I wanted!

Spoke to Tyler Redmond about purchasing a new vehicle but wasn't 100% sure. He was very helpful and polite when speaking to him over the phone.

Worst customer service from there service manager himself Graham Betts. Dodge ram air ride compressor failure was completely missed after paying for full suspension inspection. Was promised a full refund 4 months ago and now he wont return phone calls. Took the truck to the amazing guys at south trail dodge and diagnosed the issue in the service bay and fixed it under warranty with no issues.
The worst part is my truck was in for an oil change and tire rotation at the same time and a shop hand lost one of my aftermarket fuel rim bolts and cross thread on another one. No one mentioned any of this to me when i picked up my truck and payed for full services. A few days later i noticed a rusting bolt on my black rim and it was the cross thread one the shop hand put on. I was promised they'd fix or replace the rim and pay me back. After weeks of my phone calls being ignored to Graham Betts I finally had to go elsewhere to get problem dealt with and pay out of my own pocket again. Stay away from these sub par professionals. They do hack work and clearly don't warranty it.

These guys are the best! Totally knowledgeable about their product, and customer service was A+. Christian was very patient with us, and got us the best deal!

Mike Grimes was the friendliest sales guy I've talked to. He let me know everything I wanted to know about my dodge. I choose my dodge based around how he made me feel comfortable and treated me like family. I recommend Renfrew to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Shopped for a new 2018 Ram Sport for a few weeks at a couple other dealerships. Spent most of my time at Eastside Dodge trying to strike a deal for the new truck with a trade in on my paid off 2017 Ram. Got the run around and tricks for 4 days. Walked away and shortly after searching online got a call from the lovely Jackie Sylvester at Renfrew Chrysler. Within 30mins we made a great deal. I walked in the next morning and with the help of Arthur was out in about 2hrs. This is a record in my books not just the total time it all took but the personable interactions with them. No BS. Beat the other dealers by thousands! Highly recommend.

I bought a vehicle 10 months ago and had a horrible experience. I had swore to never step foot in the building again. Thanks to a New GM and Ben Sanders that has changed. I had emailed and called and no one once returned my calls untillast week i tried and Mark Hamilton returned my call almost immediately. Then the New car sales manager tony called me and we chatted and he asked me to come in to discussmy issue. Very hesitant but ok i go, Tony went above and beyond and then introduced me to Salemen Ben Sanders. Ben is amazing to deal with answered all of my questions and i ended up leaving in a new Vehicle. I had soem questions over the weekend and Ben answered them all. The team has changed at Renfrew Chrysler and i would recommend them to anyone.

Just bought a my first new truck from Renfrew last week. The experience was great, all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of.

I d like to thank John, Samer, Shane and Alex for the great service, and getting me set up with the new wheels.

I purchased a new fiat that needed some warranty work. They kept me well informed thruout the process. they were very conscious about the fustration of a new car owner needing warranty work so quickly.

I like their service department, not likely to purchase another vehicle there.

The best Employee, I really like his service , I have got few deals since 2014 by far .

If I could put 0 stars I would, their costumer service in the service department is a joke. Barely acknowledge your existence and once they do you basically have to walk them through their job. By far the worst Jeep in the city. Save your time, go literally anywhere else.

Friend purchased a used Jeep, charged 26,000. for a 2nd hand vehicle. This price included an extra few thousand for upgrades...to a used vehicle. I would stay away from them they are not trustworthy. Once they have your money they want nothing to do with you.

This was positively the worst service and parts experience of my life. Parts were two weeks late. Service department communication was horrible. They kept my car for a week longer than planned and did not communicate with me through the process. BRUTAL. I would sooner go to Canadian Tire than back to Renfrew Chrysler. Honestly, with service like this I am not sure how they are still in business!

200 bucks to replace a rear reflector light. I knew dealerships were brutal, but this is unreal. Try to avoid this place if you can.

Had my car up for sale and was approached by one of the sales of this dealer though text. At first he seemed really nice and tried to work a deal for me and really cool guy. came back last week to look at one of there used 4runner. He really wanted to win my business so he asked me what he could do to win me over. I replied through Text with a offer knowing the number were lower then expected so he could counter offer me. but instead of an counter offer he said my "Terms and Conditions were unrealistic and I wasn't a serious car buying client". Maybe it my age, being 22 or him not believing i was a serious client, not sure. I was just hoping for a counter offer but was disrespected instead. Two days later i bought a brand new 4runner off road edition from Heninger Toyota.

Shane was a nice salesman who really got me the nicest Jeep. I will come back again. Stryder really helped us figure it out. Thanks Renfrew!

Terry and the other team members I dealt with at Renfrew Dodge were fantastic. They wanted to make the sale, as any good sales team would, but took the time and didn't rush or pressure me, making sure that I found the best vehicle for the best price. They were polite, helpful, and have continuously followed up since the purchase to ensure that my new truck has 0 issues. I highly recommend this dealership and team. I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up my car. I brought it back 2 days later, and they looked after everything virtually on the spot. The only issue that couldn't be fixed there was fixed a couple days later at a shop that specializes in the installation of backup cameras. My vehicle was advertised with one, but it did not have it. Renfrew stepped up to the bat and not only paid for the backup camera system, but covered the difference between the originally planned display and the one i wanted (approx $100 more). They are a great company, and Evan is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin helped recently helped me to find a used vehicle, went through great lengths to get me into a care I liked and was in my price range which suited my needs. Was thorough and patient when going for a test drive and looking at at the vehicle. Very trustworthy man, good sense of humor. Felt like I was treated like family when I was there. Nothing but good things to say!

Called Renfrew Chrysler for the first time this week after my usual dealership couldn t give me a timeline on the repairs I needed and was very pleasantly surprised. They fixed the issue in one day for just over half of what I was quoted elsewhere. My service advisor, Dean, was super helpful - kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I understood all my options without being condescending, and managed to give me a bit of a discount on the original estimate he gave. When we went to pick up the car it had even been fully washed and detailed (something the other dealership has Never done) which was such a treat. We will definitely be returning here for future work and will definitely consider it for our next car purchase.

I have bought numerous vehicles here throughout the years and I think they are great overall, some of these bad reviews bother me. I realize people are upset sometimes but Renfrew has always been fair with me and I have dealt with pretty much everyone there. I wouldn t put too much into the bad reviews, these people are always willing to see that I am satisfied with deal when I buy a car and service is always good.

I have yet to pull the trigger on a new Wrangler, but have been shopping with Ms. Sylvester for about 2 months now. She always is available to answer my questions and seems very genuine. Ive been to other dealerships and I always feel like if I am not ready to buy that day that they are not interested in helping me. Due to her patience and professionalism I will 100% buy from her and only her when I find the perfect vehicle.

Bought my new to me vehicle a couple days ago with the help of Amanda. Shes as adorable as she is helpful! She helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted, and even helped stayed in my budget! She was super easy to contact and was very helpful even after we purchased the vehicle.

Stefan, the financial manager that we dealt with, is also super great. He answered all of our inquiries and was very great at the explaining all the things that we didn t understand.

We will definitely do business with them again.

I thought I was applying for a general financing online
to get into a new vehicle. I was contacted by one of their finance employees and they walked me through financing as I've never financed a vehicle before.

The employee asked me specifically... What are you looking to get yourself into. I said a Honda CR-V or a Ridgeline. (I had no idea I was talking to a dealership on the phone) he asked why and I told him that from my research I've found a couple I'm willing to buy.

He said before he could run my credit to see what I was approved for he would need some pay stubs. I figured I would get back to them when I was good and ready with my pay stubs.

15 minutes after out call he called me back and said he pulled my credit and I was approved and asked if I wanted to get into a Rav 4 as they didn't have what I wanted. I said no.. I told you what I wanted. He knew I was looking for a specific vehicle and then ran my credit knowing what I wanted and knowing they didn't have what I wanted. He went on trying to talk me I to other vehicles.. I said No I told you wanted.

Now I've burned one credit application on a place that didn't even have a vehicle I was looking for. I'm very pissed off that this guy had no respect for what I wanted and went and pulled my credit for no reason.

I will never buy anything there!

Do not buy a used vehicle from these guys. Shady people just trying to get rid of their junk. They try their best to hid all the issues with their vehicles. Super bad experience. Will not be back.

The sales and finance people are pretty good, but they are your typical sales people. The service and parts people are lacking in customer service, especially in communication (with each other and the customer). Waited days for a part that apparently was never going to come. We bought a new 2015 vehicle then traded it in later for a new 2016... They did not update their system to reflect the new vehicle on file until after 3 interactions with them (so I hope next time it will be correct)! With the purchase of our 2nd vehicle we received a number of free oil changes, which is the only reason we return. Ultimately they do try to please and make things right, but it has always been frustrating to deal with them. It would be so nice to have just one positive interaction with them.

Mike helped me out one day when I stopped by. He is the best in the city.

I bought my used vehicle in Renfrew Chrysler and the service was outstanding. Amanda my Salesperson was the best. She sold me a beautiful vehicle, very well maintained, perfect conditions, like new. Amanda was with me during all the process until the last minute and she showed professionalism and honest happiness for me. I really recommend Renfrew Chrysler Dealer and specially Amanda, she was not pushing and she did not get upset the first time we went to this dealer, like other sales that get angry when you do not buy anything. They have a huge inventory. Love it.

Five star customer service would be an understatement. I have been dreaming of owing a JEEP for quite some time now. Shane Mathews (Sales Professional) & Mike Schenk (Finance Director) worked together and made it happen. I had old fines from years back and I thought it would be a couple years before I got back on the road. I was happily mistaken, I traded in my 2010 Accent and got the cash back I needed to pay off my fines. I couldn't be happier sitting in my 2014 JEEP Patriot. Thank you Mike Schenk for jumping through all these hurdles with me and making it happen. I appreciate your patients and down to earth vibe. I went to Renfrew Chrysler to look at a new vehicle. This was the worst car buying experience of my life. I was not greeted or helped for about 10 minutes. When a salesperson did talk to me, they tried to run a credit check on me even before showing any vehicles. When they did present numbers to me, they lied and did not disclose any fees. Also a PDI charge of almost $2000 was added onto the payment without letting me know. This dealership is definitely shady and the sales department are full of con-artists!!!

Mixed review about this dealership - The 2 stars are for the outstanding service shown by their Sales-person Darren Simpson, but really, I cannot say anything else positive about this experience. The complete and utter reluctance by the Sales Manager to give me a monthly (finance/lease) payment on the vehicle I was interested in unless I was going to purchase on the spot was indeed disappointing. Crowfoot Dodge and the Southland VW dealership I had visited earlier had no problem with the provision of such data. This high-pressure sales tactic is by all accords out-dated and tarnishes an industry that sometimes struggles with transparency. This is certainly the case here. My wife, my business and I buy/lease a car every two years; so we are car shopping savvy; this (experience) is certainly a new one for us. I m not surprised The Renfrew Jeep Dealership was empty on a Saturday.

I was extremely Pleased with my My Salesman Brent Ernst, we ran into a few glitches but he was quick to react and rectify any problems, even after I was rude, he remained proffessional and courteous, a trait very seldom found these days, The manager Pat was also very helpfull in getting are deal done and I am so happy I bought my Jeep from these two gentleman. I will be back and I also will be recommending this duo to my colleagues. P.S my Jeep is sick lol

A month later, I'm still smiling ear-to-ear. What a great experience buying a car from the guys and gals and Renfrew Chrysler. This is my first experience buying a brand-new car right off the lot. I've lost count of how many dealerships I visited, test drives I've been on, and cookie-cutter smiles and firm hand shakes I've received over the course of 3 months.

In the end, what made the difference for me was Mike - my awesome sales guy - and Stryder (his sales manager) made me feel like they actually wanted my business and were willing to work a great deal to get it. Plus, Mike didn't try to sell me my Jeep, he gave me space and time to buy it from him. A practice I think a few car sales people could learn from.

This is my second vehicle from Renfrew Chysler. I bought a pre-owned Wrangler from them over 10 years ago, and I'm sooooooo glad I went back. And you can bet this will be the first door I knock on when I'm ready to let my Compass go and pick up my new Ram 1500 Truck!

Shop around for sure, but at the very least, give these folks a try. That smile of mine is real and I was so happy with my service and experience, I felt I had to take a picture with them to commemorate the occasion.

DO NOT TRUST SERVICE TEAM! I have a Jeep that is only 2 years old and the "Service Rep" suggested I should change $900 in fluids that are completely unnecessary. They recommend a "severe" service schedule to everyone with unnecessary maintenance, the only thing this does is transfer money from your pocket into theirs.
