The whole experience was great from picking out the truck with Ryan to obtaining the financing with Katherine to ordering additional parts for the truck in the parts department.

Just got a new truck at Renfrew. Couldn't be happier with the experience! I didn't feel pressured and pushed to buy, rather my sales guys Arthur took his time and really made me feel at home. Stefan the finance guy got me the best deal and rate. Highly recommend Arthur and Stefan. Thanks!

They will lie to you about the condition of your c...

They will lie to you about the condition of your car so they can get more costly repairs as opposed to something that would be fixed with little money.

I went for an oil change a while ago and asked them to look at my breaks because they were squeaking. They came back to me after the inspection and said no, you're all good to go. I'm getting a piece of mind inspection right now and they tell me my breaks are way overdue for replacement and that I need to change the pads as well as the rotors racking up a 700 - 800 dollar bill.

If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does.

It's rare to get genuine personal service anywhere...

It's rare to get genuine personal service anywhere nowadays, but Rich Boutilier at Renfrew Chrysler provided just that. You could tell he cared about my satisfaction with my vehicle, and communicated in a prompt manner, always keeping me in the loop. This location earned a loyal customer because of the customer service I got from Rich (Service Advisor).

Went into this dealership having only really dealt with the Germans previously but was most pleasantly surprised with the high level of service, low pressure, and helpful staff. I worked with Artur in sales and Stefan in finance. The entire vehicle search and most of the documentation was handled over email. Both these guys were professional but also very personable and made the buying experience of a corporate lease (which is "new" but has 20,000km) easy and entertaining. We even had a minor warranty issue early on (brake rotors) which, to my surprise, the service department warranties with ZERO hassle or issues with a one day turnaround. Very impressive. No hesitation recommending them.

Was also happy with the deal I received and the casual negotiation with no pressure.

This would be a 5 star review if they can find a way to improve the documentation/contract process to be smoother with less paper and back-and-forth between sales and finance--likely a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep thing more than anything.

Horrible customer service. They have deceiving methods of getting you to come in to the showroom, but can't live up to what they offer! I had bad vibes coming from them right from the start, but I still went as they promised me better offers on my trade. Also, they told me they had a camaro (the car I'm interested in) at the lot, however in reality they didn't! Don't waste your time at this dealer!

First time purchasing from a dealership. I was incredibly skeptical, but soo very happy I made the decision to visit Renfrew. I purchased a used F150 and couldn't be any happier. Amanda Kiejko was amazing to work with. The deal appeared too good to be true - again I was skeptical but it was exactly as promised. If you're looking for a used car, look no further. Amanda was honest, friendly and went to bat for me to put together a deal I couldn't say no to.

Called in regarding a used Jeep on the lot that I ...

Called in regarding a used Jeep on the lot that I really liked online. Dealt with Patrick the used Sales manager and Kevin who was a used sales man. They were great to deal with! Even trusted me to take the test drive car by myself! Ran me through the specifics and we're patient with me through the whole process. I had a number in my head for my trade in and what I was willing to pay for the Jeep and once they got it out of me they were more than willing to meet my needs and I left to finance actually happy with the trade-in value and final number! It was late on a Friday of a long weekend and Stefan in Finance stayed after hours to help set up my loan and was positive and great in walking me through everything. They even let me use dealer plates for the weekend because my insurance broker wasn't back until Tuesday! Anyways I rushed through the signing excited for the long weekend and after reviewing the paperwork later I was really frustrated with some of the particulars that I didn't ask more questions about. After calling Stefan back (a week after the sale!) he valued my concerns and truly proved to me this dealership wants my business and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my terms. Plus they play sweet 80s rock haha. All in all great team, would recommend dealing with Patrick, Kevin, and Stefan to anyone. My only advice for anyone buying a vehicle anywhere would be to avoid what I did and make sure you do your due diligence and take the time to fully read and understand your charges and conditions before signing an agreement. Luckily Stefan was more than willing to address my mistake/concerns and help me get the most out of the agreement I made. All is well that ends well!

I have had my 2010 Dodge Journey at this location ...

I have had my 2010 Dodge Journey at this location about 4 times. First time (June 18, 2014) was to re program a new key fob. Second time (October 21, 2014) for a trim ring, part of a recall. Third time ( August 31, 2015) was towed in cause the ignition failed. Lucky I was not driving when it decided to stop working. The Win module was replaced and two new key fobs. Under warranty of course, part of recall. Fourth time (November 20, 2015) car would not start and it was towed in. Thought it was ignition again, I was wrong. I was told someone tried to install a remote start and someone had spliced into the wiring. Wrong answer!! I have had the car 3 years and no one has tried to install anything. They charged me $325.00 for a repair to the C-117 connector. The bill also says they flashed the PCM. Not sure why. I am a service manager at an auto garage here in Calgary and from now on my car will not go back there. My car was doing the same two weeks later so obviously they did not fix it. My technicians removed the engine cover and were trying to start it. One of them realized they were leaning on the wiring harness and she would start at times they wiggled the harness. The problem was not where they did the supposed repair. They did a terrible soldering job on the wiring, and my tech replaced the entire wire from the starter to the plug at the firewall. IT COST ME NOTHING!!!!!! Besides all this, I had asked for the part they replaced and nothing was explained to me. I do not rip my customers off at my shop and nor should you! As a matter of fact my customers come in and tell me they do not like the way they were treated by you and other local dealerships. I find this troubling because we literally pay an arm and a leg for the vehicle in the first place. Hope something changes for your location soon, and I will continue to shy my customers from your services. Thanks for nothing!!! Lisa Druer

I m usually Leary if dealerships feeling like every time they pull some gimmick or sneaky angle to get you to buy something you don t want or need!!! I m 51 and maybe times have changed!!!
I had the best experience at Renfrew Chrysler today, My salesman was fantastic, he helped me out on the phone so much that when I arrived everything was lined up and ready to go. I got a great interest rate which I thought was going to be a problem. Not!! Awesome staff, great service.
If you think you have no options to do a deal!! Just go speak to them!!!
I highly recommend this dealership.

Hands down best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. Shane Mathews went above and beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable in both new and pre owned departments. I walked in the doors at 7pm and by 9pm I drove away in my new vehicle. Both Shane and Robert Campbell stayed well after hours to get the deal done. 1000% recommend this dealerships and their employees. Thanks again Renfrew Team, # 1 in my books!

We had a great experience buying a used Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Renfrew today. Joel was the salesman who managed everything for us and he was very friendly and professional. He took us on a long test drive and showed us a lot of local area as we are just over from the UK!!! The negotiation process was done in a very non intimidating way and although we ended up breaking our budget slightly it was because we loved the vehicle and we felt we were getting a good deal having done a lot of research on Wranglers. If you see a car you like at Renfrew, ask for Joel!!! Unfortunately being from the UK we weren t able to get insurance immediately but he helped us out by giving us a temporary number plate for a few days while we arranged the insurance. 5 stars dealer. Thanks Joel

Terrible dealership. Never let me know that I need...

Terrible dealership. Never let me know that I needed to call my insurance company to follow thru with insurance, pretty sure they lied about leaving me a voicemail too(I got ZERO phone calls that day). Anyways, got pulled over and got my car towed for no insurance, now they are blaming me for not doing my insurance when I was told they would handle registration & insurance. Tried to return the vehicle (before my first payment even aka 8 days after I got the car which I ve been driving for only 3 days since it was impounded) or even trade it for a cheaper vehicle and they denied that request saying the finance already went thru and that I gotta deal with the bank now. Called the bank to cancel the loan and the bank told me to talk to the manager of the dealership since they can t cancel it.

Once they have your money, they couldn t care less about you. They took full advantage of me and washed their hands after I signed. Do not do business with these people. Save yourself a headache and stress and get a car elsewhere.

We were in the market for a used vehicle. While shopping here we tried to inquire about a vehicle but were right away questioned by a pushy salesman named George. Right away he wondered how serious we were. Once I told him I was shopping around he asked if I was ready to put some money down today. He said it would be a waste of his time to help me unless I was serious. Once I told him I was shopping around he continued to tell me that unless i was serious it was a waste of his time. He then would barely tell me how much I would get for my trade in. Once they came back with a trade in amount, it was 6000 - 7000 below black book and from other dealers offer. Still he was pushy and seemed to only be in it for his bottom line and not willing to help the customer.

Should have know. Even going in there it looked kind of run down and there office wasn't accommodating for customers with a family.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. VERY PUSHY USED CAR SALESMAN alert.

I strongly urge anyone who is considering going he...

I strongly urge anyone who is considering going here to read this first. My parents bought a brand new 2018 Ram 3500 from these guys. While they weren't impressed with the sales team, that's not even the bad part. They had Renfrew install a 7-pin connector in the bed for their camper. As soon as they got the truck back they realized that the right turn was not working at the bumper plug and the plug in the bed was not wired correctly either. This is from a dealer! It takes 30 seconds to check if the trailer plugs work. When I took the harness apart to fix it (I'm a licensed mechanic to be clear) half of the connections came apart in my hand, they hadn't crimped the butt connectors properly. This is a huge safety concern!!! The potential of losing all of your trailer lights and brakes is a serious problem. Seeing this kind of work come out of a dealer that people should trust is disgraceful. Buyer be warned!

Amanda our super sales agent was professional, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. Her level or care and attention was nothing we had experienced before with car dealerships. We believe that other agents would benefit greatly if they take a page out of her book. Thank you Amanda.
Our positive experience then steered our daughter-in-law to purchase a Jeep Cherokee just a week later...good news travels fast.

The Service Manager and staff is beyond rude, lazy and downright ignorant. I could right a small novel regarding the terrible customer service and shady operations this place has going on. I wish we would have read all the reviews prior and it most likely would have deterred us from purchasing from here.

5+ stars! Our sales rep Morgan was fast and efficient. Highly recommend him if you re in the market. I know we will be sending our friends his way. We had a slight problem come up during the purchase that he was happy to resolve and made sure we had a positive experience. His attitude was refreshing. Stefan in the finance office was another pleasurable experience. He was very informative and not pushy like I would usually expect. He made sure we understood what was happening during the entire process. I would definitely go back if I need any aftermarket products. Renfrew Chrysler is a hidden gem right in the heart of the city. I m glad we went in and gave them a shot because we ended up with a great vehicle for a reasonable price. **There was a small scratch on the bumper that was not fixed prior to me getting the unit. They have committed to getting this in for Service in the coming weeks.

Wouldn t recommend them in a million years. Didn t inform me and my wife that the vehicle we was purchasing was in fact an ex rental, which in Alberta is illegal. While we were going through the process of buying the finance manager kept leaving to deal with other customers which I fee is really unprofessional. Took ages to get through the process due to this. Looked at a few vehicles here and they all had damage.

Took the car we bought and my custom elsewhere as I just don t trust these guys. I m now out of the car they sold me and I m in a brand new one which I bought through a dealer I trust.

Horrible experience here. Sales staff tries to make you feel as though "you need them" more than they need you. Sales guy's name was Brian. This is the wrong approach. They tried to talk about biweekly values rather than net values. My experience here was a waste of time and absolutely sketchy. In addition they kept offering me a used 2011 jeep (mint) condition, rather than a new 2013 that I wanted. The jeep was not in (mint condition). Rust and a few scratches.

Sales staff is terrible in my opinion, at least the ones I dealt with. They lied about several things, in addition they told me to come down one day because the car would be there. Half way there they tell me to go back home. In addition I felt the sales guy was giving me attitude because I wanted to talk prices with him.

My car purchase experience here made me go elsewhere. I gave Renfrew a week to negotiate a deal. They failed!

I have also read horrific reviews from other websites on Renfrew. I am not surprised at all.

Purchasing a car would be this difficult, imagine getting something serviced, or even if the car had a problem.... Not worth it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

After having my older, 2008 Grand Cherokee for so long, I thought it was time for an upgrade...I worked with Shane Mathews to find a new Jeep and absolutely loved working with him and the whole Renfrew Team. I got a great deal from Peter Vogt the used car manager and had amazing service level from Jay Charland in service! I couldn't recommend Renfrew more, they got me a Summit in great shape for a great price. Go to Renfrew first, they will take care of you.

I bought a truck 5 month ago and they told me could you apply for refinancing if you want in 5 month more it will be free and your rates will be lower. I trust in him and I did that in the dalership and then I had to pay to my loan 3500 more than before. When I spoke with kane to see what happens he told me that is about GST and not about the dealership. Then I said men you told me it will be free and then I have to pay more. He ignore me and treat me like a crazy guy. I will never make any deals with that dealership or my family or friends. Good for that

Surprise this dealership has such a high score. My experience with them has been horrible. They wouldn't tell me the actual price of the vehicle (RED FLAG!) And would continue to mention about financing rates...no payment...blah blah blah. The salesperson was also very pushy and wouldn't spend time mentioning about the features of the vehicles...rushing you to wrap up the sale. Renfrew essentially ruined the name of Chrysler and Dodges altogether. Gave us a bad vibe of this entire manufacturer too. No thanks!
