For a Busdinesshotel more family. Very varied breakfast and nice staff. The restaurant is also recommended and offers something for the "little hungry". The rooms are modern and very nicely decorated.
Everything was very nice.
But asking for something for a Mbit Wifi connection is no longer appropriate.

Actually, I just wanted to leave something in the lockers as this is expressly recommended in the room safe. This is not possible. One lady just disappears, the other just doesn't react. The hotel manager is not available for paying guests (platinum members).
We were very excited to stay here. But had a lot of issues with the Billing. We were told the breakfast was included and then we were charged and the back and forth. We were assured the feedback to us would be given after investigating where the miscommunication was, but it never came to us. Not sure we would like to stay back here on out next trip.

A nice hotel with very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Metro station is within 5 minutes walk (U4) so it's easily approachable from the airport and other places. It's also close to market, restaurants and bars. I really liked the dominant grey and white colors in rooms and overall structure of the building. I will definitely like to stay here again.
Modern and clean. There is no bathrobe, slippers or toothbrush.

Nice hotel. Great rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. BUT. We booked 2 double rooms next to each other, unfortunately this was not considered. Our rooms were in the 1 and on the 5th floor. bad, if you are traveling with two children. There was no effort on request that we get the rooms on the same floor. Plus, the cleaning lady just threw things away that were on the desk and I would have loved to go back with them. The staff did not even apologize.
Very new, very ice rooms and probably the best check-in experience of tha whole year - is the young lady at the front desk was not the friendliest staff I've met in a long time (I'm a Marriott platinum member - they're always friendly to me) then she is a very close second. Great hotel, right next to a major subway line, quick to any location in Vienna.
A good hotel but away from city centre. Metro station is 2 mins walk. Rooms are comfortable.

In the winter the room temperature cannot be adjusted, so hardly any sleep. Service and food is top.

Most receptionists and general staffs are always angry ..... when we ask for say extra water bottle or coffee they look at people differently.......parking garage is too difficult to drive in and out. Rooms are too small, ceiling are just hand away. Overall experience is not good with Renaissance Vienna.
A top notch hotel. Great rooms, an excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and a very good location. The metro station is just 1 minute away, which makes it an ideal place to stay if you are arriving at the airport and want to explore the the city without renting a car. There are also many good restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
The check-in was quick and the room is very comfortable: spacious, clean and with many small details. The only bad thing is that it is very close to a main street and that the train happens quite often which makes it a bit noisy. The breakfast is really good.

Great staff, well-equipped and clean rooms. Gym and sauna are free. Restaurant is reasonably priced and food is unpretentious and good. Beer good.
Breakfast is good, well situated near two subway lines. Room service was not satisfying as I had to wait more than one hour (for a salad) and then on top of this I was served something wrong...

Centrally located hotel, very friendly staff and everything available for a relaxing stay. Many restaurants and bars of all price range within a few minutes walking distance. Car can be left in the garage.
Good location, walking distance to the Schonbrunn palace & christmas market. 2 minute walk from the subway, 20mn train ride to te city center (opera, christmas market... ect.) Very nice staff, clean room, very confortable bed! Roop decoration is modern and nice. Little privacy beween room and bathroom though (very fin wall and the light goes through the tainted glass). Breakfast is good with a pretty large choice.

Renaissance hotel very friendly and lovely place to stay
Very pleasant and clean room, on a recently built building, well furnished and complete with every comfort; friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money, despite the non-negligible cost of paid parking. The only small "flaw": for the most sensitive people there is a certain noise caused by the traffic coming from the street side.
Overall, it was a good stay but 85% of the time I needed to talk to the front desk, they were busy or no one was there. Very disappointing.

A hotel somewhat away from the center of Vienna but with subway does not take anything. The hotel clean, good breakfast and good treatment. The rooms do not lack detail. I would go back without hesitation.

Renaissance Wien is across the street from the Medling Subway station on the U4, providing easy access to Vienna. The rooms are nice and modern and the food is fantastic.

This time it somehow didn t work out: a check-in of 20 minutes, they forgot to clean the room the next day, behind a teaspoon and a bottle opener, household invited me to go to the restaurant myself on the phone. Of the pluses - a convenient location, quiet, comfortable in the rooms.
