My family and I love this hotel. It's clean, the service is good and the people are nice.

When we booked there was a pool. Where is he going?

First-rate, renovated hotel; a very cozy place for a visit to Vienna; Mediocre restaurant; staff is very, very politely and obligingly.

Hotel was renovated from our last visit. Room was nice and spacious, front desk people were attentive and assistive. Many choices at the breakfast buffet, with a chef available for hot options. Walking distance to subway station, so it's really convenient even if it's not in the main city center area. Walking distance also to Schonbrunn palace.

Avoid this terrible 1-star dump! Not a 4-star hotel but a cheap building sitting on the railroad and tram line making it very noisy. The staff and management are rude, bossy, straight out from old fascist movie. They treat guest like a piece of dirt. The property is located far away from Vienna/Wien, in a dangerous area, not safe to walk around at night.

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were nice, but dinner was lacking in flavor and variety. A pool would have been a huge plus but the top floor sauna was also a big treat

Hotel is in very good shape, great rooms, although not very spacious, but adequate for a couple of days. I just did not like the mood at breakfast, with the exception of one waitress the sound was unfriendly and the tables were already set at 10 for lunch ... so one point deduction

ATTENTION! The hotel has been three (!) Years NO SWIMMING POOL, although that is still in the website of the hotel. And many BUS GROUPS.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff. Rooms are very clean. Very easy to reach the city center.

The hotel has a central location in Vienna. The room was clean and tidy. I had a quiet room facing the courtyard. The breakfast buffet was adequate and good. The staff courteous. Those arriving by car can park in the hotel's underground car park. Clear recommendation.

Excellent value for money and great service. Have stayed here at least 20 times and never had a negative experience. Highlights are the excellent sauna, fast internet, modern style comfortable rooms and proximity to metro station.

Renovated and beautiful rooms. The hotel is less. And a little far from the center (5 stops in the metro)

I was very positively surprised. The hotel and the rooms are really nice and modern. The cleanliness is excellent. Even iron and hair dryer are available in each room. Very friendly staff. The camp is not quite central, however acsi is right next to the hotel the metro station Meidling with the everywhere you go quickly

Nice hotel, at breakfast, make sure you get what you pay for, especially the live station as the staff are always absconding.

Quality beat the price !
Very nice and cozy

My car was damaged in the underground garage of the hotel. Intentional scratches Side to side from back to front. Hotel has no security cameras. I will stay with the damage now. The hotel staff are a disaster and completely overwhelmed. I have 0 stars.

Flawless hotel in all its.
The amazing breakfast stands out.
Although far from the center the metro station next door is almost very helpful for those who do not have their own car.

Nice rooms and Good breakfast. If your someone with difficulties in walking you can hire the motorised vehicle with four wheels for Euro 27/- per day and an extra Euro 28/- for delivery.

Nice hotel but need some improvement with politeness in reception staff

Excellent hotel! Large, spacious, gorgeous interior, attention to detail. The staff is very attentive and polite. Room was clean, nice, cozy. Pre-requested that the room was quiet; also talked about the extra pillows. Everything was fulfilled. Incredibly comfortable bed, high-quality and snow-white linen, pillows are wonderful. In the bathroom, good plumbing, hot water is instant, towels are very high quality. Got a lot of pleasure from staying at the hotel for 3 days. The breakfasts are good, the cornucopia is not there, but there is everything you need, you definitely won't stay fit. Hummus is incredibly delicious! Keep it up! Ps The hotel is 80 meters from the metro. Not a tourist area. At 1 stop from Schonbrunn.

Staff couldn't have done any more for us. Friendly and ever so helpful. The rooms are to die for, very stylish and spacious. The best hotel i have ever stayed in.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's decorated In A trendy, modern theme but with references to renaissance era in fun ways.
Rooms are standard size and are really clean. I absolutely love the bathrooms at this hotel.
The breakfast buffet is amazing. There's so much variety that caters to everyone's different taste. It's impossible not to find anything to eat.

A bit outside the center of the city, but has easy access to the subway. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are a bit on the small size, but there is ample storage. Gold and platinum elite members get the option of bonus points or full continental breakfast, which offers pretty much everything you could ask for in a breakfast. The room cleaning was a bit spotty. Some dirty dishes were left in the room, not all towels were replaced. Rooms facing the courtyard are very quiet. Perfect for the jet lagged traveler!

In Vienna my favorite for business travel. Good connection, nice rooms, good beds. Only the high number of tourist groups bothers.

Very well priced room only a short bus or tube ride to Schonbrunn palace. Also reasonably close to centre of Vienna. Helpful staff and very clean.

The hotel's refurbishment was a good piece of work, with modern and appropriate design throughout. Feature walls used in lifts, corridors and apartments / rooms aid design consistency. The service was spotless for us, our experience with customer service great, as every staff member we interacted with went out of their way to assist us, and to chat to us casually, which is always a nice touch. A special thank you goes to the evening bar staff!
Our apartment was very spacious, clean and fit for purpose. We applaud the partnering with Tokyomilk by Margot Elena for cosmetics supplies, we really liked the quality of the hair conditioner and body lotion.

Good hotel, but partly noisy rooms to the main street.

Staff very rude hotel room guide very rude. Guests were robbed valuable things were stolen from the room. Never again would I book more in the hotel. For other guests I would not recommend the hotel.

Today brunch there, nice hotel outside as inside. Buffet was the finest, everything the heart so much desired! Very friendly and fast staff, toilets very clean. Can only recommend to anyone this time to visit.

Staff rude, does not even greet, room service food is a disaster, steak at dinner had the wrong cooking level, the potato mash was cold, bathrobe was dirty. Wanted to speak to the staff several times, nobody responds to you. Complaint email still not answered after several days. The hotel is not recommendable.

The room was very nice and clean, very modern and stylish. Although it was not a special view, it was quiet and relaxing at night. The service was very nice, but I found the room a bit small.

Hotel near Schoenbrunn palace. Clean and well equipped. The rooms are large and comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

We had booked a room for three. Unfortunately even after paying for room for 3, Renaissance management is charging me for an extra roll on bed. I should have booked the room for two which was cheaper instead.

I recited in one of the conference rooms. Overall, the hotel looks decent, but I have not seen such dirty windows in any hotel (see photo).

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Shower plus bathtub. Bathrobe in room. Many services are offered. Upgrade on arrival Fitness and sauna very appreciable

The staff is so helpful and everything is so beautiful. The restaurant was very delicious.

very nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. subway station is just across the road (U4). very good restaurant. the breakfast is one of the best I had in a Marriott hotel. top service. Hotel can be crowded when busloads of tourists arrive. The gym is rather small and does not have a lot of equipment. there is no lounge. therefore only 4 stars.

I have not been there for a long time, since it was the Ramada. The renovations have turned it into a beautiful hotel with a great bar in the center of the upscale lobby that will catch everyone's eye. For me, the deco looks a bit vintage in the 70s style, which fits very well and seems vividly interesting to me. The staff is very friendly and courteous courteous and you feel as a guest for his money and what is offered. If you are on a dignified Luxurious ambience this bar is highly recommended. The only flaw that struck me is that staff wears white shirts with a print on their backs and this looks like the waiter is leaning where it's dirty. I wanted to make him attentive to it when I just realized it was a print.

For the third time been there. My favorite hotel in Vienna. With sauna and fitness and directly at the subway.

Prima hotel. Clean room, good service, very extensive, delicious breakfast. Metro station at 3 minutes walking distance, within 10 minutes you are in the city center.

It's a great property n close to city centre n well connected.

Everything was great, only on the breakfast for fabulous 25 per person we would rather thankfully omitted and preferred to 5 minutes away Eduard restaurant gone and extensive and excellent for the half price breakfast.

The hotel is well located. Its rooms are comfortable although a little ornate decoration. The room service has a little varied menu and too basic. They also do not have a mini bar. The price I paid was good for the service although I would not spend more than one night there.

The TV was broken. We have notified the reception several times that no action has been taken. Everything that was missing in the apartment, when asking at the reception, there were no measures.

The hotel is walking distance Schonbrunn Palace. The hotel can be seen from main road but the entrance is from rear side road that makes it difficult for first time users. We arrived at the hotel 9am and the check in was at 3pm so decided to have breakfast that cost 25pp, personally it's not worth it as you can get better meal for that price.
Our credit card was charged 3 times for accommodation on reporting it seems the reception said we need to wait for 3 working days. It took 7 working days and after 5 followups. Email sent to Guest Relations Manager - Karim Mohammed was not answered by hotel management. Reception staff was polite on out 5followups. Navigator staff were helpful when asked queries.
