I only went for the TPop convention, didn't stay in the hotel, but from what I could tell all of the staff were extremely friendly, the grounds were kept up very well, and everything looked spotless.

We attended a conference there. The room was an appropriate size for the event, the center was clean and well-lit. I wished there were more direction signs in the parking lot to point you to it and the hotel front entrance but that was minor. I was also disappointed to have to park a ways away, but that was only because it was raining buckets this morning. I have no complaints, and that has been true every time I've visited the hotel over the years.

Decor is dated. Age is starting to show in the rooms. You can see rust on shower rod. And mold that's been covered up in bathrooms. Bed was not that comfortable and few choices of types of pillows. Use to be a nice hotel for a get away. Needs up grades, packages for couples, better prices and maybe a fenced in dog park. Stayed at nice hotels for less.

The hotel was nice, but nothing is complementary, unless you are a platinum guest or a high profile guest. Breakfast looked good, but wasn't worth $20. Marriott Gold isn't even recognized at this location. No perks whatsoever. The staff was great and accommodating, the policies suck. Stay at a Marriott property across the street. The location is better and the amenities can't be any worse for the price. I asked about lounge access and was given the run around by a guy in a suit at the front desk. He kept just saying that if I was granted access that I would have been notified upon checkin, I was told basically the same thing about breakfast.

My family and I love this hotel and the food at the restaurant is amazing. It has everything we want and need except for free wifi and we can live with that. The price is well in range of the amenities offered and we love the option of getting breakfast added for $10 to the cost of our stay. The wait staff in the restaurant definitely leaves something to be desired. They are not friendly nor social at all and only seem to pay attention to certain regulars and or folks that look like money. We are fairly generous tippers and so far we have not left tips at the restaurant. If the wait staff were better then I would give 5 stars.

The Renaissance was a really lovely location for the Scout Eagle banquet. The dinner was great, staff was helpful and responsive, and we enjoyed the beautiful room. Acoustics we're a little bit off toward the back of the room, which made it difficult to hear the speakers. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Attended WWDB event at Rennaisance Hotel in first event room upon entering hotel. Large crowd, complimentary water. All in all Ive had minimal exposure to the hotel but seemed spacious and clean.

For starters, Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond my expectation. She genuinely cares. She asked about my room needs. She smiled and made me feel welcomed. She also went above and beyond by asking if I had a reward account and looking it up . I usually stay in hotels approx 2 months out of the year which includes 5 star hotels. It was refreshing to see employees empowered to help your guests, Rachel is an example of excellence.

We stayed at the hotel in Tulsa last night, May 31, 2019. Our hot water was not working and we wanted to take a hot shower; and my husband has always wanted to stay in one of their rooms with a balcony. After dinner in their restaurant, which was okay - a hamburger and cold fries - we went back up to the room to find that the toilet was backed up. They did send up someone promptly whom it took several visits to fix it. Then in the morning my husband went down for breakfast around 7:00. He said it was okay. I went in the room's bathroom to discover the toilet was backed up again. Since I needed to use the toilet, I decided to go down to get breakfast around 9:30 and to use the lobby bathroom. My breakfast included a scoop of their "fluffy scrambled eggs", a slice of bacon, a tablespoon of sausage gravy and a glass of water. The eggs were dried out to be somewhat crunchy, the bacon was sitting in grease and the sausage gravy had several large clumps of flour. My husband had to refill my water; we did have a waitress. All this for ~$17.50 with tax plus a 20% tip. I did hear another customer complain about the eggs. My husband did not warn me about the cost of the breakfast because he wanted me to have something to eat. If, I had known about the cost, I would have waited until we got home to get something to eat. Even our waitress was somewhat apologetic about the cost when she gave us the tab; stating that they have been having complaints about customers not knowing about the cost. Oh well.........

I had some food in the room refrigerator that they threw away before we checked out . This food was ~$40 in value. I notified the front desk of what happened as I was checking out. At first the front desk clerk only offered an apology and didn't seem to want to do anything else to make it right. She then went and spoke with a manager who did not come out to speak with me .She then offered me $15 back on my bill for my 2 night stay. She then got help from the other front desk clerk who gave me $25 back instead of $15. Neither of them asked the value of the food that was thrown away. They did verify I was still checked into the room and that nothing should have been thrown away. Most places will go above and beyond to make a mistake right. They not only didn't do that, but they didn't even reimburse the full value of my belongings that they wrongly discarded. The hotel appearance was nice. The shower temperature both mornings was barely room temperature and would not get warmer. If I'm staying in Tulsa again, I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

I only stoped by the Renaissance to visit a pop-up shop by Queen & Co. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and nothing but pleasent. The pop-up shop was the real disappointment, because we only realized it was only available for people who paid to attend a class after we got to the hotel. That is the reason for the low rating, because I was asked about my last visit to the hotel. If just rating the hotel I'd give it five stars.

Wow... This hotel is awesome. I immediately received a warm welcome bye Ianna. The hotel is immaculate. Great bar and restaurant. The gym has everything you need for a quick workout, I really enjoyed the apple and water they provide. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

I attended a Vendor Show at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel, it was lovely. Hotel accommodations were right on point. This was my second time there and I had a great time and I can't wait to go back.

The hotel is very cheaply done but the bar is the absolute worse; just look at the reviews don't take my word for it - the bar is horrible; bad quality and the bartenders were atrocious and much more worried about getting out early than waiting for us at 5pm or at 11:30pm (when they said the had given "final call" though they close at midnight).

Crazy lazy; we won't be back.

A hotel that can't provide anything that even remotely resembles food at night. I literally couldn't even get a snack from a vending machine. I've had better service from a Super 8 for 1/3 the price. This place sucks.

Very nice hotel! This was my first time in Tulsa. The hotel was well kept and clean. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The restaurant's breakfast was excellent and not overpriced. The Grand Ballroom was well layed out and professionally set up. The only slight issue was that my room key, which gave me access to the 9th floor, didn't always want to work on the elevator or my room. One of my roommates had the same issue. This was really not a big deal though. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and stores and only 15 minutes from downtown. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

The check in was very good. Was there for a convention so there was a lot of people checking in at one time. It went fast considering all the people. My problem was the restaurant for breakfast wasn't ready at opening time. Opening was 7 am on a weekend even if there was not a convention you would think it would open earlier than that. The other thing was I used the app and had everything set for my arrival. I had asked at the time I made my reservation and on the app that I requested a balcony. When I got there they told me there was a wait list. I should have not been put on a wait list my reservation had been in for months.

It was a good layout, but good lord, there's hundreds of people roaming around in closed quarters for Wizard World, many in elaborate costumes and it was a SAUNA in that place...upgrade your A/C system or something.

Enjoyed our king suite amenities -- balcony, spacious rooms, granite, linens all nice. Nice toiletries, pleasant staff, quiet. Breakfast buffet is a step up. A few negatives like lukewarm food, water stains on bathroom ceiling and extra charge for WiFi but overall we enjoyed our 2 - night stay in Tulsa. Convenient location.

This place is SO awesome!!! We hosted a class reunion after party in the ballroom. It was roomy, smelled great, was nicely decorated and overly accommodated. The wait staff was amazing as well!!! I'd definitely insist on you booking your next event here. If their ballroom & wait staff are this great, the hotel side HAS TO BE out of this world!!!

We had a great experience here. Any staff we interacted with were nice and friendly. Chyna especially went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. My wife and nieces really appreciated it.

The only negative I have.. the pancakes we had for breakfast weren't good. They were a little dense and gummy.
