This hotel is awesome. It's chic yet romantic. It would be a great weekend getaway spot or very unique for a company retreat or conference.

The facilities are well kept and the rooms were clean and recently updated. Unfortunately the front desk staff have all the helpfulness and charm of a super 8. The worst part was, while taking items to my car before checking out, I returned to my room to find the door propped open. The towels and linens were in the process of being cleaned and the box of donuts we had bought the night before to take back home had been left open and completely cleaned out. The housekeepers came into our room before we had checked out and ate all of our donuts. Thankfully there wasn't much else of value left in the room or it could have been taken by anyone walking by. The front desk staff didn't seem to care at all that this had happened. Great place, lousy people.

Everything you need is onsite. The hotel is the vacation spot all on its own!

Fantastic accomodastions. Restaurants are incredible and great to sit on the patio with a nightcap.

Was here for a retreat I is absolutely loved everything about this resort! Our server was beautiful and the checkin at customer service was fast if needed they was their to assist us ,beautiful atmosphere!

Great amenities and staff. Only negative was Housekeeping attempting to get into our room an hour before checkout without even knocking. Overall a great experience.

This hotel is over priced and overrated! From check in to check out, we were very unimpressed. The staff was too busy laughing and talking to even welcome us at check in or give any information about the property. The rooms are so outdated! The decor is unattractive and 90 s looking. The chair in the room had a hollow back and was not suitable to sit in. The towels were thin and linens on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable. There was no mattress topper and the bed was so uncomfortable. The wallpaper and tile in the bathroom were unattractive and the shower seemed dirty! The pool chairs were uncomfortable and there was food left on all the tables and staff didn t clean them off. It smelled so gross. We didn t stay long because it wasn t relaxing or enjoyable. We were not impressed and won t stay there again!

Everything was great except the communications between hotel and spa. Called and got a package that included room, breakfast buffet, and a couples massage. When me and my wife left we noticed the spa tried to charge us a spa charge and we told them we had the package and we were told they had it undercontrol. Once we checked the card we noticed we got an additonal charge for nearly 300 bucks from the spa! Very disapointed as we were told this was not going to happen after we went out of the way to verify charges at front desk..and it did anyways..plus even more than what was on our charges invoice.

I was so shocked, surprised, disgusted and disappointed when I saw a roach crawl under my door from the hallway! I immediately took all of my luggage off of the floor and made sure every light in the room was on. Of course I couldn't sleep & then I saw it crawling on my suitcase and sprang into action. I won, but I still couldn't relax at all for the remainder of my stay. I expected so much better, especially for their price.

It was an all around beautiful facility. Nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was lovely and the waiters in the ballroom were professional and quick with service. Would love to stay again and sit by the fire pit and look at the stunning pool area. The only thing I didn't like was the internet access was $10 a night and breakfast was $15 minimum but this would not deter me from recommending to a friend.

If you like old moldy bathrooms... check.
If you like rooms with outdated AC that keeps your room lukewarm... check.
If you like staff that could care less.... check.
If you like hotels that only care about the large groups they have rather than individual guests... check.

Paid for a night for my parents. They enjoyed it. 1st class hotel.

My massage at the spa was just okay. The quiet room/Sauna room, was more like the loud room. Very loud and disturbing not relaxing at all.

The furnitures outdated a little bit, but general experience is good and the staff is friendly and nice.
