Worst agent ever.
Cunning,rude,irresponsible.

Jaci Cannan is the best real estate agent in Rochester, if not the state! Love her and her team!

We had the worst possible experience with owner and 3 (THREE!) different agents from this company over many months. Without fail they were disrespectful, dismissive, unprofessional and failed to meet even the minimum standards of the profession.

They horribly botched 2 deals, completely through the negligence of their agents. We lost one home because their agent wrote our offer to EXPIRE 23 hours after they began accepting them, on a SATURDAY, when MULTIPLE OUT OF STATE SELLERS, AND their ATTORNEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO APPROVE IT IN THAT TIME FOR IT TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED! WHILE FAILING TO SEND THE OFFER TO OUR ATTORNEY! ABSURD.

And this is just one example in a laundry list of incompetent, unprofessional, childish and sometimes abusive behavior we received from the owner and representatives of this company.

To be fair, it seems that the standards of the entire profession have gone down the toilet. Maybe it s different if you re in the market for a $750k+ property, but, in our experience, if your budget is considerably more modest, you can expect to be treated like something foul stuck to the bottom of your agents shoe.

Avoid at all costs and good luck finding an agent/agency that cares about you unless you re spending at least a quarter of a million dollars.

I purchased my home trough Remax a few months ago and my agent was Danielle Decoursey. I had the worst experience with her as she was extremely difficult to get a hold of, in addition she was rude and disrespectful. Due to her lack of communication I had to pay over 25k out of pocket because she failed to address my concerns with the sellers agent purposely. Months later she refused to help me and gave me her boss s contact information and to no longer contact her. After calling her boss to expressing my concerns he finally called me back after two weeks. I still Have not hear anything from her or her boss. The one time her boss called me he told me her and the agent were doing me a favor by working with as my budget was under $165k. Please DO NOT purchase your home though this company they are rude and great at belittling people.

Beware!!!! If this company is selling your home watch out for agent JC. After signing the contract she seemed to have little to do with me, other than "staging my home" for pictures. I was heading out-of-town so I allowed her excess to my house for some staging. Much to my surprise upon returning she removed many items (which I was left to search for) threw the screen slider to sliding doors in the garage (lucky for her it didn't break ). Paper work left in desk area was removed and placed where she decided to stash it. I was appalled of the careless way she handled my belongings. I wouldn't have had a problem with her moving things but for Gods sake she should have placed them back where she found them.
When I would phone the office and ask for her another agent would respond. I don't know about you but I wanted to have 1 agent not 3 to deal with. However the other ladies were a pleasure to deal with.
So, when I decided to search for a new residence I found DANNY SIRIANNI. What a difference!!! The man actually listened to what i requested, always responded to calls and was willing to show me as many houses as I wanted to see without trying to sell me on any particular house just to make a sale. He is extremely honest and if he sees something wrong with a house you are interested in he will tell you. Keep in mind the person who is trying to find you a home works 10 times harder than the one selling your home.. Now this is the kicker, after purchasing a new residence on the day of closing I returned to find a bottle of wine, cold cuts and cheese tray with crackers, a tea towel, trivet, bag of coffee and other thoughtful gifts. Now Remax gave me absolutely nothing but a rush to sell my home to one of their fellow agents clients within the company leaving money on the table that could have gone in my pocket.
So before you head to REMAX Plus, think of the type of Agent you want to work with.
