I've had my home and auto insurance from Renaissance for quite a few years. In that time I have only need to file 2 claims. The first auto claim was for a car accident. We paid the deductible and a few weeks later our car was fixed to the point it was before the accident. We were pleased. The second auto claim just happened and I've been entirely let down. My car was involved in a hit and run. Luckily no one was in the vehicle. The impact was to the rear of the vehicle, but it also caused damage to my power steering and alignment. I've been unsuccessful in getting my car repaired to the point it was before the accident. I've been left with a car I cannot steer that constantly pulls to the right. Renaissance, Nationwide, Mari, Levi, and Doug have not been helpful in rectifying the problem.

I've been a contractor for 17 years and there are 2 things I have always despised. Insurance agents and building departments. Well, now I only despise one. Scott and Kellee have taken excellent care of me and I would highly recommend this company.
