From scheduling to diagnostics and beyond, they have been an absolute breeze to work with. My home warranty company has had my house at 90 for the last three weeks and finally they let me pick my own company. After a lot of we don t service that area or we don t work on that type of system reliant quickly scheduled me in the same week, sent a professional young man to my home, on time, who was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem but went above and beyond to stay there while I talked to my home warranty company to cover the repairs. Absolutely phenomenal work and if I could give them more than five stars, I would! I m so thankful to see true professionals taking honest pride in their work!

I have a residential geothermal system that had not been heating or cooling correctly. I had called other local companies and they either don't work on geothermal or they refused to take new customers Reliant came right out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. No sales pitch. Quality work. Highly recommend!

Where do I even start, don't even know how to install anything that they promote. When they do install it, it will be wrong and more trips will be needed. The manager of the crews will not check on the guys when there or will he check on the job after it is done, he will not even call, you will never see him again after signing the contract. The owner is very pompous, he is the all knowing and to him your wrong and his crew are a bunch of golden butts.
