It was the worst room i ever took, i booked the basement room because there were no other rooms left and with the same price, and it felt like sleeping in a grave,very small and the room is separated from the bathroom you need to leave the room to get to the bathroom, and the windows were very small and you can not open them, the AC doesn't work and it was really cold, the bed is broken, i send messages to the owner about the broken bed but no answer. And even on the checkout she didn't answer to the messages.
I don't know about the other rooms and it's true the location is good but it's not a place to stay, and i don't recommend it to anyone at all.

We arrived to the place and the owner did not informed us that they have no hot water. That day we were having some business meetings and needed to shower and get going asap, but the owner was unresponsive and kept us waiting for 2 hours till we could not wait anymore and had to rent another place. Since we did not received the service we paid for, we asked for the refund but he refused paying back. He also did not inform us about the hot water issue in the morning before checking in, otherwise we would have saved half of a day booking sth right away instead of waiting him to respond or bring so promised technician. We are absolutely disappointed about the service provided and would never come back to Firuze Apartments, nor recommend to anyone doing so. The owner is extremely unfair if he dares lying about the technician and refusing to pay the money back. Very disappointing! If someone is considering to book it, better pay extra 10 euros and just go somewhere else. You do not want to deal with a person like that.

The only bad thing about the size of the bathrooms, the perfect location and super clean!

Please do not stay at this place or any other Flats Company apartments! The owner (Aysu) only cares about money. I booked a room here and unfortunately we couldn t leave our country due to COVID-19 lockdowns, so I politely messaged them and asked if I could cancel or at least get a credit voucher for a future stay (it s still the same money, just at a later time).

She said it s perfectly fine to travel to Turkey, there s no strict coronavirus measures, everything is open, etc. however, Turkey had over 30,000 new cases that day and everything was closed. She didn t even bother to mention anything about issuing a credit voucher and ignored that part of question. I messaged her TWO WEEKS in advance asking about the voucher, which means she had plenty of time to find a new customer to take our room. When I asked Booking customer service, they reached out to her on my behalf and, again, rejected the credit voucher.
The reason?
we're sorry to inform you that the property did not accept your request to get a voucher for future stays, being this petition a last minute notice. I asked her TWO WEEKS in advance, she ignored my question. I asked again, and she said it was a last minute notice . Excuse me? I literally gave you two weeks! This just shows how greedy and pathetic their approach to business is.

If you never want to see your money again, book Flats Company. Their management is terrible and, judging from other s reviews on their properties, it seems the entire company is a sh*tshow. I hope they go bankrupt from their greed.
