We love westfield, there is a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It does get busy at times but this is to be expected. Definitely recommend if you want to get some shopping done.

Place is massive. I used it to park for work while in london. It took me nearly 20 mins from exiting my car to leaving the complex. Take from that what you will.
There are electronic maps l. They look like little white A Boards.
Information on the website for parking is a bit miss leading for where the entrance is as they are renovating right now. The entrance is on the opposite side to where it is listed..
Parking is easy. Every space has a monitor and all the aisles have a heads up display for vacant spaces.

Do not take any notice of the advertised closing times. After checking the website and calling to hear a recorded message stating the Westfield closes at 10pm Monday - Saturday.
We travelled for almost an hour this evening and arrived at 7.40 only to hear the announcement in House of Fraser 'This store is closing at 8pm."

Also a large percentage of people were not wearing any face masks or had them around there neck!!!
We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe with the current situation.
There was no security enforcing the wearing of masks.
Will not return for a long while

Very poor mobile coverage, no gender-neutral toilets, poor air conditioning in some areas on hot days... overall a lot to complain about! But, it's less crowded than the other Westfield and remains by far the best mall in London. That's just not saying much...

Westfields in London is probably one of the best malls in London. It has all the major brands, stores, and two big department stores. They recently built an extension as well, so there are plenty more stores, food places, etc. Definitely a good mall to get all your shopping done!

I prefer this particular Westfield as the crowd is more versatile- and all other fun places are easier and economical to reach.
They have a spa, and much prettier cafeteria for tea and cakes, in the village. A row of restaurant to pick from, with halal and vegan options. Information desks are actually helpful and friendly. You can pretty much find anything your looking for here. I d say the only thing I struggled to find here was a good hair dresser/ apart from the Toni and guy outside- I didn t really find another. Plus side, The new section is even cooler, with a serious collection of fun essentials. Personally the new mochi ice cream in the new section is my favourite.

Good shopping centre how ever the facility s need to be more maintained. I need to use the toilet in 3 attempts each cubicle was out of order. Now this needs to be resolved how can there be only one cubicle working. IE broken locks, broken glass in the door. This needs to be resolved

Covid restrictions in place but still a nice afternoon shopping. Lots of shops still have to queue for but not very long waits. Went to food court for lunch. Was actually better with the restrictions in place. You had to queue to enter, and the seating has been closed off into different sections which you also had to queue for but the waits for seating were reasonable and, as there are less people it was much easier to see what was available, look at the menus of all the consessions and smaller queues to order.

Using Oxford Street as the benchmark which is where we normally shop, the Westfield mall is fantastic. Easier to get to by tube (coming from Old Street area) it has all the essential shopping options: Currys for Electronics, Primark for clothes, etc. Food options are plentiful and there are miscellaneous little stalls going on. Generally it's a very convenient and interesting place to visit, and wasn't unpleasantly crowded on our last visit (February).

Only advantage to Oxford Street is that there are more restaurant options (Westfield is more Giraffe/TGIF sort of fare).
