Nice shopping mall, although the eating choices inside are not great, not many halal options.

We love westfield, there is a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It does get busy at times but this is to be expected. Definitely recommend if you want to get some shopping done.
Got to love a good shopping mall. Excellent choice of restaurants just outside.
One of the best shopping centres in Europe
'Just make sure you go there with your wallet full'
Very nicely located shopping mall with almost every brand outlet. Very nice food choices in and around as well.
Wonderful shopping centre with ample parking (but slightly overpriced)
Love this mall because it has all what i need. It s quite busy in the weekends. I prefer to spend my time there in a rainy days.
Many shops all under one roof! Only briefly passed through, but is modern, clean and busy! I like it!
When going to Westfield aim to go early in the morning 10am when it's nice and quiet and your most likely to find what you want.
Westfields is a very nice place to visit restaurants and cafes and cinema and it shopping mall from very cheap to designer names.
100s of shops always busy and bustling with people lots see and do.
Love this place! Can find everything you need, including lunch, all in one place.
Westfield is amazing for shopping and eating, you can find a number of big brands and restaurants. When big sales are occurring, expect a lot of people there.
Place is massive. I used it to park for work while in london. It took me nearly 20 mins from exiting my car to leaving the complex. Take from that what you will.
There are electronic maps l. They look like little white A Boards.
Information on the website for parking is a bit miss leading for where the entrance is as they are renovating right now. The entrance is on the opposite side to where it is listed..
Parking is easy. Every space has a monitor and all the aisles have a heads up display for vacant spaces.
Geat for shopping indoors and cinema. Also good choices of restaurants.
its alright if you like shopping !!! good job my wife likes shopping next time ill just stay home.
Very nice modern shopping mall good for family entertainment.
Very good for shopping but the maintenance for roads was an issue. The interior design in the center is nice and there should be some lights outside the building for attraction
Good variety of women's underwear but the man in the store wouldn't showcase them for me
No air acondicion ... also all the shop stinky and smell because that am sorry for that prices must be perfect all no only the price ... only Holister shop was good in aircondicon... shame on all brand in Westfield... and AM SORRY NO EXCUSES BECAUSE ... THE WHEATHER ...
Do not take any notice of the advertised closing times. After checking the website and calling to hear a recorded message stating the Westfield closes at 10pm Monday - Saturday.
We travelled for almost an hour this evening and arrived at 7.40 only to hear the announcement in House of Fraser 'This store is closing at 8pm."
Also a large percentage of people were not wearing any face masks or had them around there neck!!!
We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe with the current situation.
There was no security enforcing the wearing of masks.
Will not return for a long while
Apart from this being one of the busiest places on earth, it is extremely convenient. An abundance of restaurants, shops, cafes and anything else you can imagine. Very accessible to anyone.
Great place for big brand shopping. A one stop brand shopping experience for all.
Clean toilets, lots of places to eat and good variety of stores. Gets very busy.
Westfield Shepherd's Bush is the best. Clean easy to shop around and safe.
Westfield big comfortable and cozy shame about parking prices
I don't shop here, only the entertainment shop for Christmas toys, birthdays ect. They have lots of restaurants that I like to go to, which are lovely.
This centre is so much better than the one in Stratford, more & better stores. The food offerings are also better
All in one. Everything from food to clothes all in one place. Shoppibg center is busy but very vibrant.
Great shopping centre with large selection of shops. My only small gripe with the place is feel the parking is pretty expensive
Great service, amazing food. Will defo come back. Big thanks to Anna and Stephanie.
Big by UK standards shopping mall. If you are coming from the South get the overground from Clapham Junction. Much cheaper than the tube.
Great place...all brands under one roof and location is very convinient.
Very poor mobile coverage, no gender-neutral toilets, poor air conditioning in some areas on hot days... overall a lot to complain about! But, it's less crowded than the other Westfield and remains by far the best mall in London. That's just not saying much...
All the shots you need under one roof, easy to get to by train
Most gorgeous mall with every brand and shop you can want. Close to train. Easy to spend a day and full pay check here.
Massive shoping centre with all the shops in one venue.
Beautiful day out with the kids. Nice film, delicious food and some shopping.
Great shopping centre. Lots of parking. Safe parking. Clean shopping centre. Plenty of toilets and access routes. Near the tube station.
Best car park ever. Huge shopping area. Pretty easy to get to.
Nice and great place but parking is very expensive. Also all shops prices are exaggerated.
Love this place it has everything. In the summer it has various social spaces to enjoy
Even better with the extension, can't imagine how busy it's going to get with Primark opening though
Hectic and small food court, food in food courts are tasty and diverse, variety of shops are fantastic but the food court is a complete mess for that I give it 3 stars.
Very nice place.. but very crowded over the weekends. All in all there's a good collection of all kinds of brands. You can buy clothes..get a coffee..have a burger.. have lunches or dinners..have waffles..ice creams..even macaroons and if you like.. can buy a Tesla on your way out
Its a huge mall and very beautiful, nice place to spend time even if you dont want to purchase anything, the location of this mall is very happening and if you get bored in mall then you can roam outside as well, as the near by area is very happening and you have many options to pass the time.
Shoppers paradise but avoid weekends as it gets extremely busy especially at lunchtime! Long queues and not enough seating.
Best shops and restaurants. Everything you want in one place for a good shopping and eating out experience
Perfect place to meet friends. This shopping centre got everything, on one place.
Huge variety of shops.
Plenty of interesting place to eat.
Easy access via public transportation.
Clean, not crowded. A good shopping atmosphere.
Whay a nice shoppingmall. All what you looking for, you Will find it
Nice shopping and mall experience. But if you wanna sit down and cool yourself between shopping escapades, there's very little place that is public in nature
Car park can be quite difficult to get into, nice place... got all the main shops
Huge shopping centre, lots of shops, very modern, elegant,.. All brands are here, lots of restaurants, everything very well decorated, specially for Christmas... In front is beautiful Christmas Market,... It's worth seeing and buying..
I enjoy shopping here.. overpriced to affordable things can be purchased here...
Amazing shopping centre, all the top brand stores you could want and a very excellent variety of resteraunts in the food court also plentiful car parking available!
Westfields in London is probably one of the best malls in London. It has all the major brands, stores, and two big department stores. They recently built an extension as well, so there are plenty more stores, food places, etc. Definitely a good mall to get all your shopping done!
So much to see.And plenty of shops and eating choicedXxx
I prefer this particular Westfield as the crowd is more versatile- and all other fun places are easier and economical to reach.
They have a spa, and much prettier cafeteria for tea and cakes, in the village. A row of restaurant to pick from, with halal and vegan options. Information desks are actually helpful and friendly. You can pretty much find anything your looking for here. I d say the only thing I struggled to find here was a good hair dresser/ apart from the Toni and guy outside- I didn t really find another. Plus side, The new section is even cooler, with a serious collection of fun essentials. Personally the new mochi ice cream in the new section is my favourite.
A great day out.
Easy to get to with great transport links
Loads of shops.
Recently expanded.
Very clean and tidy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Will be going back soon
Easy to reach by public transport at least and saves going into the West End
Good shopping centre how ever the facility s need to be more maintained. I need to use the toilet in 3 attempts each cubicle was out of order. Now this needs to be resolved how can there be only one cubicle working. IE broken locks, broken glass in the door. This needs to be resolved
Parking is very pricey although there is s huge car park so that facility is in place which i love! Train station is so close by!
Good amount of shops and places to eat and a great day out!
Huge mall. Had one of the best random chair massage I've ever had. Forget the name.
Very good parking and food option! And you can shop all around if you have plenty money or just looking around.
In the process of building a new wing to accommodate more shops. Nice and big so when it's busy it still doesn't feel too crowded. Good selection of shops and restaurants
not busy at all mid week Christmas season, lovely decorations
Covid restrictions in place but still a nice afternoon shopping. Lots of shops still have to queue for but not very long waits. Went to food court for lunch. Was actually better with the restrictions in place. You had to queue to enter, and the seating has been closed off into different sections which you also had to queue for but the waits for seating were reasonable and, as there are less people it was much easier to see what was available, look at the menus of all the consessions and smaller queues to order.
Love this place you can eat drink watch a movie even all whilst shopping till you drop!!!
Using Oxford Street as the benchmark which is where we normally shop, the Westfield mall is fantastic. Easier to get to by tube (coming from Old Street area) it has all the essential shopping options: Currys for Electronics, Primark for clothes, etc. Food options are plentiful and there are miscellaneous little stalls going on. Generally it's a very convenient and interesting place to visit, and wasn't unpleasantly crowded on our last visit (February).
Only advantage to Oxford Street is that there are more restaurant options (Westfield is more Giraffe/TGIF sort of fare).
I love Westfield! Only bad thing would be it's big and my feet always hurt after a day there from all the walking.
Amazing array of shops and restaurants all under one roof.
Good selection of shops and places to eat. The high end area doesn't impress too much so don't expect a lot but the high street stores there have excellent collections and are very big.
Big shopping centre, leaning towards higher end fashion and jewellery shops in the main.
Need to train their securities.
Great place to do shopping
Feeling unsecure as a retailer in the mall at all times
Great mall. Amazing brands. Good food. Must visit if you're in London.
Great shopping centre with evrything you could want from a variety of shops, restaurants and bars
Beautiful place to be. Great collection of shops and services. I highly recommend this shopping mall.
