Got a spouse visa granted within a short time frame so couldn t be happier. My client rep was Sandeep and my caseworker was Marija.

I engaged them around June, had urgent travel plans in July. Marija was responsive to all my questions and was able to be reached via phone on most occasions. They guided me in all the steps I needed to do, producing a list of documents I needed to supply for my circumstances. I was going through a limited company and had bad accounting paper trail so my case was considered complex. In the end my accountant was able to produce the supporting documentations needed to satisfy the requirements.

Had requested a pretty quick turnaround which they were able to accommodate. In the end we made the visa submission in the 2nd week of July and got my BRP back 4 days later which was the perfect result
