Brilliant! I needed a spouse visa for my wife and Katherine Fermo, assigned to us by Reiss Edwards, made this very stressful process appear rather seamless. She put our minds at ease and was the one who kept calm when my wife and I started to panic (slightly). Katherine outlined exactly what we needed and the way it should be presented, and then made sure it was ready for submission. This is not the kind of thing you would want to repeat, so it's important to have someone who understands the system.
