Staff at Reiss Edwards were approachable from the start. I was provided with initial advice and guidance prior to instructing them and they were open to answering my questions each time I contacted them. They guided us through the daunting and stressful process of making our Visa application and I am pleased with the way our application was dealt with throughout. Staff were knowledgable, friendly, gave practical advice in regards to timescales and requirements but most importantly they truly care about the job that they do!
