Over the last MONTH I have tried to get a mens haircut through then. Terrible service. Long waits. Not accomodative. Closed during business hours. Scheduled appointments pushed out HOURS. One star but they earned ZERO stars.

I came to this salon as a customer. Yes, where I work there is a salon that is absolutely phenomenal; however, I chose to take my business to a very talented stylist in a salon where I can't claim an employee discount. What does that say? To me it sounds like they have one incredible stylist who customers are willing to pay to visit even if they can get it done in a salon with double the respect at half the cost.
I'm fighting this situation so hard because yes that is my friend, but before being my friend in that setting, she's my stylist. Purely someone I'm paying for a service in a relaxing environment. Instead, I make a review about my horrible experience and then I, too, get bullied. I'm astonished.

Sara Winter is Extremelly I m professional completely unaware of her job not competent of doing any investigation she simply throw was a letter that I am sure is simply drafted for everybody into the mail and carries on.
Ms. Winters, You NEVER DID A INVESTIGSTION ON MY EXTENTIONS YES PUT IN BY THIS COMPANY. I would have not been directed to this corporation if it was not the correct one therefore I am sending you this review. I have waited this long because it has taken you several months for you to even respond to a letter never mind a phone call from your corporation or anyone else. Nobod could of been bothered to return a phone call. You never properly called me to find out what went on so therefore I am dissatisfied with Your work ethics. I feel like you should be better of behind the cash register.
You stated in your letter that guest are rarely unsatisfied well I assure you that is false you should probably do some Internet research and find out how many customers are disqualified at the many salons especially the salon in particular smart style in Westfield Massachusetts.
To properly do a Investigation you need to contact All parties involved not the idiot that SCREWED UP THE HAIR TO THIS DAY. You simply got a fax ONE FAX FROM THE Unqualified chop shop hairdresser you never got pictures from me a statement the mounds of here that I m still losing to this day the extensions that are bonded to the nape of my neck that I cannot take out because I will be bald so do your goddamn job next time it s not about the money it s about the fact that you people cannot do your goddamn job correctly.

I went to an interview with the Manager at SmartStyle in Denton, MD. I was told to report to work Wednesday May 24th 2017 which I did. I arrived at 9:45 am, she had me set my station up, then had me fill out the on-boarding paperwork, which I completed. She allowed me to take guests and cut their hair. The District Leader came in and roughly around 1:35, a client was asked to leave my chair and go to another stylist. The District Leader took my next door to Subway and said, You have to pack your stuff and go home as you are NOT officially an employee with Regis or us, and you will not be paid for the hours you have worked. Stunned, was not the word. I have been in contact with the Labor Board of Maryland and I will proceed to follow through with the suit. How can they expect me to work from 10 am to 2 pm and then say you are NOT an employee here, you must leave and not get paid.???? Yes, I am also contacting a lawyer and taking this as far as it will go.

If I could give this place NO stars I would. We went to buy a gift card in the Scranton/Dickson City PA store and the girl screwed up and had us swipe twice, hence charging the card twice. She said she would put a refund through and it would take 24 hours. When something like that happens, your money should not be held hostage, they should just give you the $50 in cash since it was THEIR mistake.

So, it didn't happen and I called the next day and I told them we were going out of town and I wanted the money refunded. Jessica said she would call the manager and call me RIGHT back, well THAT never happened. So we waited, and waited and finally 5 days later called again. Jessica was very rude and hung up on my friend and when I called back, first they lied and said she wasn't there, then I could hear her in the background saying, "I am NOT talking to her" VERY professional, don't you think??? She finally had to come to the phone because the poor girl that answered was panicking.

She said to call the manager in the morning which I just did and she told me to call Customer Service and they could help, and that she already called there. SO I called and...what a shocker...they had no record of her call...AND the refund had never even been put STARTED so now we have to start from square one again.

I told them I needed to speak to someone that could just give the ok at this point to go up and get the $50 in cash because they screwed up royally!!! So I am now waiting for a District Manager to call, and I will come back and report what she had to say. Terrible terrible customer service not to mention 3 people lied to us and then one hung up on us.

I just got a call back frm Susan Hull the district mgr, and she was insisting that they did not charge me twice...SERIOUSLY...my bank had told me that $100 was taken and I was looking right at the online account and asked her if she wanted me to send her the statement in a text to show her that they took the money, and she was still insisting that they didn't ,,,she finally told me that they didn't take it and she couldn't help me and hung up on me...DUH...at least they are consistent in some things... incompetence and the rudeness...birds of a feather...I am now waiting for the REGIONAL mgr to call and register a complaint with her...we will see how far up the incompetence goes.

We stopped in at Regis on Robert St. in W. St. Pau...

We stopped in at Regis on Robert St. in W. St. Paul at 1:30pm this afternoon and was told that they were booked up until 5pm. We returned at 4:30pm and checked in. We waited until 4:56pm when another young lady walked in and was taken back for her haircut by the woman who I had an appointment with. This is the woman at the first station on the right of the desk. We felt that the young lady should have waited until after my haircut. I called Riverstone Salon and Spa and made an appointment with Cherie tomorrow. Regis is a step down from Riverstone but I was trying to establish a new hairdresser in the new neighborhood. After being treated as second rate citizens we will never return and let everyone we know how we were treated. It is really disappointing as we thought Regis had a better reputation than this. Oh well I know I will be treated like a Queen tomorrow at Riverstone.
