If I could give this place NO stars I would. We went to buy a gift card in the Scranton/Dickson City PA store and the girl screwed up and had us swipe twice, hence charging the card twice. She said she would put a refund through and it would take 24 hours. When something like that happens, your money should not be held hostage, they should just give you the $50 in cash since it was THEIR mistake.

So, it didn't happen and I called the next day and I told them we were going out of town and I wanted the money refunded. Jessica said she would call the manager and call me RIGHT back, well THAT never happened. So we waited, and waited and finally 5 days later called again. Jessica was very rude and hung up on my friend and when I called back, first they lied and said she wasn't there, then I could hear her in the background saying, "I am NOT talking to her" VERY professional, don't you think??? She finally had to come to the phone because the poor girl that answered was panicking.

She said to call the manager in the morning which I just did and she told me to call Customer Service and they could help, and that she already called there. SO I called and...what a shocker...they had no record of her call...AND the refund had never even been put STARTED so now we have to start from square one again.

I told them I needed to speak to someone that could just give the ok at this point to go up and get the $50 in cash because they screwed up royally!!! So I am now waiting for a District Manager to call, and I will come back and report what she had to say. Terrible terrible customer service not to mention 3 people lied to us and then one hung up on us.

I just got a call back frm Susan Hull the district mgr, and she was insisting that they did not charge me twice...SERIOUSLY...my bank had told me that $100 was taken and I was looking right at the online account and asked her if she wanted me to send her the statement in a text to show her that they took the money, and she was still insisting that they didn't ,,,she finally told me that they didn't take it and she couldn't help me and hung up on me...DUH...at least they are consistent in some things... incompetence and the rudeness...birds of a feather...I am now waiting for the REGIONAL mgr to call and register a complaint with her...we will see how far up the incompetence goes.
