Austin Woodington has done an excellent job working with our company. If there is an issue he lets us no immediately so we can get the error corrected and all the paperwork is processed quickly.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL SHORT PAY YOUR INVOICE. CARRIERS READ THE OTHER TRUCKERS WHO CLAIM THE SAME THING, THIS IS TYPICAL W THIS BROKER. REPORT THEM IF THEY DO THIS TO YOU. THEY NEED TO RESPECT US THE CARRIERS. WITHOUT US THEY DO NO THAVE A BUSINESS.

Absolute garbage broker with trash people working there. Stay away!!! Zero stars.

Booked a load with VICTORIA KACZYNSKI , was giving her updates what time im gonna be there all the time. I showed up at the place , load was for the other day. She said she is gonna pay me TONU but never did. Im not writing this comment because of $150 not being paid to me, im writing because she is still ignoring my calls and emails .She doesnt want to pick up the phone or just reply to my 5 emails that she is not paying me TONU. Very poor services from her .

They do not pay their carrier bills. If there is a potential claim they hold your bill. Claims department does not respond. We contacted Megan, Erica and collective claims department to resolve the claim and not a single response in 60 days. So basically you cannot get to resolution and your money gets taken away. Highly unprofessional and unethical. No one owns up and takes pride in their work. Dispatch is disaster. Bunch of school kids who have no idea how to do business. Judging by these reviews customers feel the same looks like. Unless you are working with Austin you are done. Everyone else is useless. Unfortunately, on this bill we will have to go to customer. They will probably going to end up double charged. Sad.

Adam Pace over at ReedTMS is very rude, cursed at me over the phone & is very hateful. Would not do business with him.

Very unprofessional, my driver was at the PU for 25 hours and broker didnt respond to our email, they even didnt say sorry for that such delay. After that driver was loaded with overweight and broker still not respond. So if you will have any problem with shipper or receiver you have to resolve all problem by yourself, for sure broker will not help you.

Worked for these people for over 5 years, was dedicated and loyal to the owners and family of ReedTMS. The owner called me to let me know during the pandemic while I was home sick still working to correct all the day to day safety issues that they were ending my position. No severance pay.
Trust me when I say this, ReedTMS has no investment in people, just the bottom line. So unfortunate.

Bad brokerage service. I booked a load with them, received the rate confirmation, after 2 minutes I got another email from the broker which says that the load was booked with another carrier already, however they posted the same load on DAT after taking me off the load, I've got the same issue with Reed TMS for the second time.

Anytime Reed comes up in our office, it's something positive. We have a highly attentive representative named Austin, who handles our needs rapidly and does so efficiently. Great company with great employees.

Katrenah Wilson and Michael Jenks are great to work with along with the others on the team. They handle all of my problems with loads very fast a efficient. Look forward to doing more business with them.

I can't stop raving about Jason Miracle and Dave Coccia at Reed TMS Brandon. These guys are always awesome to deal with, but this weekend they went above and beyond their call to customer service. I was in a bind and needed information that the after hours folks couldn't provide. When it seemed like I was running out of time I sent an email to all the brokers I have dealt with at Reed. Late on a Sunday afternoon, not only did these guys respond to my email, but Miracle actually went into the office for me and Coccia followed up with me until he knew everything was taken care of. Wow!!! I'm so grateful that they were there for me this weekend. Would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Recently spoke to Erica Martinez. She was very helpful, and friendly. She had a very positive attitude.

Most dishonest broker I've dealt with. Avoid booking loads with this broker!

They lie in your face to get their loads covered in hot areas, by promising round trip, even with signed written confirmation. I' ll do my best not to work with this broker again.

I've been doing business with Micheal Jenks and RTS for many years, Mike and Jeff have never let me down. I get a rapid response every time I call and email. They do whatever it takes to cover my FTL's. Reed Transport has been a great partner in moving our freight. What more can I say, you guys Rock!

Absolute bottom feeder broker. Broker should go out of business. I did load for them and the consignee wanted a business card because they're tired with dealing empty promises from these dirtbags. I gave them one and somehow they found out cut the load by 500. Load delivered without any problem. Will never work for these scum again.

If i could give negative stars i would! Carriers PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this broker because they are very bad. I know that sometimes we need a load quickly but I'd rather stay unloaded than do a load with them.

Feb 7th 2020 we got a load from them from PA to VA that was same day delivery. We got loaded late by the shipper, and they kept saying "that we would get unloaded by the shipper upon arrival." They kept calling every hour for ETA. When we got to the receiver they were closed until Monday. I asked them to take this back to the shipper, since it was a water we needed a return number and they kept buying time and stalling us. The next morning (Saturday morning), they told me to "send the driver back to the shipper. They are waiting." (look at the first and second email pic)

My driver was 65 miles north and they told me to check back to the receiver even though they were closed. (third email pic). They kept lying to me since the receiver was closed. They told me Monday morning that i was gonna get unloaded. They never called me. Around noon time, I emailed them and they said "try to check back into the receiver." They didn't even have an appt for me! My driver checked in with the security guard and they told him "6PM Tuesday."

Then i called the receiver and explained what was going on with the truck and he has been sitting there since Friday, and they told me to have the driver go in at 4PM Monday. At this time I already had a layover of 3 days (Sat, Sun, Mon). Here's the rate con (4th pic with rate).

Since I was the one got my driver unloaded on Monday, they decided to deduct one layover even though we got empty around 8PM, and they never gave me a layover for Friday night, so its like if it didn't count for them. This is what i requested from them since my truck was sitting them for four days. (5th email pic).

If we keep taking loads from them, they're gonna do the same thing that they did to us here. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Here is the final rate con that they sent me with the deduction since they paid whatever they wanted to. They only paid 2 layovers, and $100 for the miles that they kept my driver, which is around 40 cents a mile. (look @ 6th pic)

This is a very unfair company we were assigned a load to be picked up on 7/31/2018 around 8pm in Lexington Oh I informed them over the phone hours in advance that I was running late because of the place I was getting unloaded at. After I knew I couldn't make the pick up I texted the person who texted me saying it was her load. Ok the next morning I called them and asked did they want me to still grab the load and they said yes ok I deadhead 8 miles and before I get there I'm getting all kinds of calls asking me what time will I be there(im on the way) 3 different brokers call acting like they doesn't know what's going on. Once again another manager calls then texts. I text her the whole time on pick up and delivery but today my company shows me paperwork they took $125 late delivery and $125 missed appointment.really not cool when I communicated with them.

I work with a factoring company , I just want to let you know that Austin Woodington is doing a great job, he provides the info very fast and with very good attitude.

This place is one of the most horrible places to work for. I worked there, and within the first 3 weeks I left. They thought I was an idiot but they were wrong. They told me they paid $17/hr and overtime after 50hrs. That isn't the problem. The problem is i have been working barely over 35 hrs! So they tell me it's local but then have me overnight at a different city due to hours of service. So after I delivered a backhaul back home I had to leave. I almost lost my apartment due to their crappy hours and pay. I don't wish this on anybody.

I book load from Lexington OH to E Peoria IL they said 389 miles when I bood After I see 454 miles after arriving at shipper I talk to manager head correct mile send me route but hesend me Bloomington IL to trying chet me miles he don't want add money for additional milesI left go home.Thats ridiculous to chet technology .I never seen like this in other brokers cheating extra 64 miles.

Applied to this company and got and immediate interview date from a recruiter named Heidi but I was contacted a few days later by a very rude and arrogant black guy recruiter telling me that I was denied but when I asked him why he said that I had to come into the office so he could tell me why... I asked why did I need to waste gas to come to an office to find out why I was denied and he told me that that s just how he likes to do things... not the company way but his way ... he finally agreed to send an email of why I was denied but I have yet to receive that email... I think I dodged a bullet with this place and would definitely not recommend after dealing with this guy... have all the proof and I m definitely calling the owner to see why this guy is making decisions on procedures and not following through... I don t typically post but this guy should be fired for being unprofessional

CAUTION CARRIER COLLEAGUES
I m dealing with an issue and if they resolve it I m willing to update.. We hauled a load for them recently in Ca and they invented an issue to deduct money from us and pay short. Reading past reviews, seems I m not the first one and you know what they say, I don t think I m last one. Load was delivered with any issue and deducted money after was delivered specially when client didn t deduct any money and they got paid in full. Manager/owner/supervisor if you read this provide an email address am I ll gladly reach out to discuss and show you my proof. Again if you guys do things right I ll update this review. If you decide to blacklist us I expect a cancellation letter.

52 calls not bad, ok we have 5 loads with this broker they change the Appoinment in Walmart can u imagine 8 days waiting, please more common sense, Thanks for your time.

Here is another company that if you made a mistake say years ago in this country and you ended up with a felony they don t take you ,,, this is ridiculous for real and sad, but well keep on trucking.....

By far the worst trucking company that I have ever work for... Slip seating trucks at best are fair, most are poor kept...Routes are either long or super short...Hourly pay $17 and over time starts a 50 hours you will average 45 hours a week..management and dispatchers are stressful, best thing about the company is orientation and benefits.

Crooks!!! Greedy company. I carried a load of Beer from Albany Ga to Summerville SC for this company. I sat 13 hours waiting for my truck to be loaded. I got there at 1140am. My appt time was 2pm. So I sat there for over 2 free hours. As everyone knows in trucking standard industry detention time is 2 hours at at least $50 per hour. They owed me $437.50. Ended up paying me $245 after 13 hours. Do not carry a load for this company, they are dishonest and will rip you off on detention. They carry beers d you are liable to be waiting a whole day to get it as you can see with little to no pay for the wait.

I can't even give them 1 star . It was a horrible experience .Got a load with "Bred " he called me back and told me that he can't do that rate we agreed and if i wanna go lower then i'm locked down in the load , after that he took all the info and said that the load is ours .I never got the load confirmation so i called back to check if he didn't get by any chance the wrong email address , and he didn't even had the courage to answer the phone ,i called the main office and asked them maybe they know what's going on, at what one of his colleagues told me " oh ,i already booked that load " .Such a liars.

total scammers. they dont pay detention but charge $250 for "not tracking". they threatened us that they wont work with us anymore for not signing the form stating that they would deduct a fee from us for paying the lumper. who the heck would want to work with a ripoff company like you?

Wonderful Brokerage to work with! Matt Seman, Ronnie L., Ray C., John K., so many people to list but they are all great! Very honest, trusting, exceptional communication. The women are wonderful and sweet individuals. Night shift is prompt and informative! Love this company to work with.

Great company to screw up your shipment and drop the ball on making right! Hey, did Reed TMS do something wrong? OK, well, f*** you the customer, your going to pay for our booking mistakes on freight!
Call ANYONE else other than Reed TMS! FreightQuote is far better than these people! They will rip you off, damage your freight, and then try to jack up your bill because of their errors! We have been using Honest Freight for about 1.5 years now and they have been everything Reed TMS fails at.

Jerome the recruiter is not one to deal with. Doesn t have his information right and never answers his phone yet claims he couldn t get ahold of me (I never received a call from him). Don t deal with this company driver. Not worth your time or headache.

deduct money from carriers without a reasonable reason. they get paid in full by the customer but deduct money from your invoice. Book their loads with caution.

Great broker (and that's coming from a factoring company), Austin Woodington is very helpful and always gets problems solved as soon as they arise.

OUR COMPANY SERVICED A LOAD FOR THIS COMPANY ON 10/12/18. THIS COMPANY HAS NOT PAID THE INVOICE AND IT IS NOW 70 DAYS PASS DUE. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH SOMEONE IN THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT. NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT SUCCESS. I HAVE ALSO SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND NONE HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. TRUCKERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THERE AGENTS!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS THE MESSAGE I AM GETTING FROM MY FACTORING COMPANY:
This load is at 60 days and will need to be charged back next week cause it will be at recourse . I do have a pay date on this load but they will not pay until 12/28 and that will put this load at 70+days .

Booked a load up to 44k , Was loaded with 45,800 lbs. They are refusing to cut pallet, they are paying $150 for 2 days lost. They are in denial of being wrong. Steer clear, the brokers don't know what is the legal/illegal weigh limitations in this business. Absolutely worst experience. Was told they can pay 100 to drive illegally with this overweight or get unloaded entirely without payment. BLACK LISTED

Horrible company. Worst experience and they could care less. Spoke to an older gentleman Matthew Castriotta he was very rude and the call felt rushed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away.

After several attempts we are unable to get a response from your billing department in regards to load# 0585944. This shipment was short paid by $61.00 which was the lumper amount. Reed agreed to reimburse for the lumper. According to the last communication with your billing department repayment of the lumper was not being disputed. However, we are being told you will not pay because the lumper service put the incorrect PO# on the lumper receipt. We had no control of the numbers the unloading service listed on the receipt. Again this was an error on the part of the unloading service and not us. Please advise if you will reimburse as agreed to.

If you have a chance not to work with this company please do so.
they charging for noncommunication and not tracking when we give them the update daily multiple times and driver did accepted tracking but they couldn't see his location and charged us $250 for it.
Whenever calling and trying to talk to general manager ( Brandi) she never has time to talk to anybody and just emailing people that she's reviewing those charges.

A terrible broker to do business with. They try to pass or their cost of doing business (Lumper fees) to the trucking company hauling the freight.

I'm not sure how Reed transport does it but they have the best brokers I could wish for.
I started over 3 years ago with MIKE MURATORI, the best Broker which I've worked with in my 14 years in the trucking business, he was always honest , very helpful and he always gave me the feeling the he actually cares, friendliest of guys. When Mike was stepping down from his brokerage position, (he is still with Reed), he introduced my company to MATT SWANSON and I have worked with him since then. When Mike left his brokerage position I was very pessimistic about the fact that 'this new guy will not be as good as Mike, and that my days of having an excellent broker are over'. Matt has proved me very wrong and I am safe to say that he does his job greatly. Matt is also a great guy, easy to work with, very professional and always there if anything is needed. He keeps my business going, he is always there for me, and I can say right now that I hope Matt won't be leaving any time soon.
I would also like to recognize ERICA MARTINEZ, she works in the accounting department- she always takes great care of my company, she responds to every request very quickly and will do everything to help.
I'm very fortunate to be able to work with a team like this.

The manager at the Tampa place is harrassing me online (Kara Parker) I put a dog for sale in a Facebook group and she is running her mouth saying bad things about me and I don't even know her. How professional is that???

This broker will lie to you and cheat you. Be aware of taking loads from them. I had to file a claim against their bond to get them to pay at anything. They made up issues to not pay and also would not pay the lumper fees. Very bad broker.

A very unprofessional woman in the office. She acts like a spoiled child if she does not like your rate. It's happened on multiple occasions.

Worst broker you can get a load. Do not get loads from them!! They are extremely unprofessional. They gave us a rate confirmation with wrong pickup address. Let us wait in-front of an empty building for 18 hours. Broker Essey(Assy) comes to work around launch time so good luck getting any answer if you have a problem. After waiting over 18 hours, we pulled the truck since it is not known how long more to wait. They rescheduled the delivery for after a week. We lost whole week with a loaded trailer. Instead of apology or compensation all we got is a big nothing. Beware if you ever has to work with them. You are warned!
