Was recruited by them online, and built up by the recruiter that I had a strong chance at getting a certain job. Went in and spent an hour filling out paperwork and doing a short interview. At the end he said he was super excited, felt great about my qualifications and skills, and would be setting up an interview with the employer in a week or so. I never heard from them again except when I reached out to them by email 2 and 3 weeks later. Each time I was told they were still working on it. I just gave up and moved on. I was never contacted by anyone there again.
I can understand if the employer wasn't interested in me, but I would expect a recruiter to maintain some level of communication with me. Even a follow up email saying they're still working on it, and looking to see what other opportunities are out there at least once would have been fair.
Poor experience, major disappointment, and cannot recommend to anyone with marketable skills.
Job wasnt as described.. they werent very helpful and still wont call me back to settle issues, ended up going some where else on my own..
Grafton Staffing was great to me. My favorite person is Taphi Neer, she's amazing! I wouldn't trade her personality and professionalism for the world!!!
Very poor business practices. Wanted me to release my credit history, personal finances, driving record, and personal employment files from previous employers without ever submitting my application to an employer to see if there was any actual interest. Wouldn't even talk with me or tell me hardly anything about the job unless agreed to releasing all my personal information.
Stay away, far away.
