At Redmond Eye Clinic, the Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable to cure the patients' eye problems . He helps patients to understand the cause of the eye discomfort. The staffs at the center also are very helpful and friendly.
I had a great experience being seen at the Redmond Eye Clinic. Both the optometrists here, Dr. Skyles and Dr. Binstock, have a great bedside manner and talked with me through the whole exam as to what they were testing for and how the results impacted the health of my eye. They really take their time with each patient, talking with you, not at you. They also have really amazing technology to track the health of your eyes over time and will explain in detail how the scans will show evidence of disease long before seen with a typical eye exam. The entire staff at Redmond Eye Clinic is friendly and welcoming. The techs and optician were very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had!
Good service for eye test, quick and efficient and all feedback is clear. Very friendly doctors and front desk was great. However for all those looking to use their annual health care benefit, they cannot help with purchase of sunglasses for preventitive care if you dont have a prescription. So as there is nothing wrong with ny vision I wasnt able to use the benefit. All other opticians in area seem to allow it so just a heads up to be aware of that.

I am type 1 diabetic so regular eye exams are very important! I didn't really go as often as I should have in my past because frankly it freaked me out. I feel completely at ease here. Everyone is amazing! I had a weird incident occur where my vision was very odd and I called the office panicked. After a few questions, they asked if I could come in that day so I could have it checked out. I was so thankful they took me in that day, did a special exam, and made sure that it wasn't something very serious. I highly recommend.

I don't live in Washington, but was home visiting my parents and needed a new prescription. Dr. Otten was awesome! He was extremely personable and very adept at correctly and quickly getting my prescription. Olga behind the desk is a joy and couldn't be more helpful. The gentleman who does the contacts and frames (do pardon me, I seem to have forgotten his name) was so patient and helpful in helping me order contacts on short notice before a vacation. All-in-all, one of my best experiences at an optometrist's office, no complaints at all. I highly recommend Redmond Eye Clinic to everyone.

I have been going to Redmond Eye for as long as I can remember as I grew up in Bothell. I would still go to this clinic for eye checkups when I would come home from college. Now that I am "all-grown-up" I still go there.

I have been a patient of The Redmond Eye Clinic and Dr Otten for many years. Everyone in the office is always so helpful from the time of making my appointment to picking up my contacts. Dr Otten is very professional, always current with his treatment but not giving up on "tried and true" methods when appropriate. In addition to this, he is a very caring person.
Dr. Jeff Binstock is a breath of fresh air for this practice. He is willing to discuss anything with me, he did not try to upsell me or push to a certain type of product. He gave me my correct prescription. All of these things were a problem with the previous owners. I havd previously decided not to go back due previous owner. When I saw the previous owner was no longer there, I decided to try them out again. I am very glad I did, and I would definitely recommend giving them a try. It was a great experience.

I took my 7 years old daughter there and the lady who was taking initials was very rude. She didn't even like when I said want to be in the room with my daughter. She was trying to take the eye pressure and my daughter was scared she didn't even try to explain what she is going to do and didn't even try to assure or comfort her at all! She needs to learn how to deal with a little kid! But Dr. Vernon was super good with my kids!
The staff gave me wrong information on the amount that i have to pay for few of the recommended tests. Once i have gone through the test they doubled the amount. I don't like this kind of approach. I ended up paying more amount to get to know everything is normal. Please be careful with the prices they offer.
Our whole family goes to Redmond Eye Clinic! Dr. Binstock, Dr. Skyles, Teresa, and the entire staff have been so caring and thorough with all our eye-related concerns. They have been so easy to reach, even in the midst of the pandemic. They ve taken care of us really well. Hands down the best medical team we ve ever come across!
Everyone was very personable! Am always very picky about my doctors, and I'm glad I chose them. Exam was done well, and although I wasn't able to find a pair of frames I liked, they were still really nice to work with.
I've been to various eye clinics in my life and the exam was always the same. Had me read the eye chart, looked in my eye with bright light, did the puff pressure test, then figured out my prescription with the 1 or 2 thing. But I went to Redmond Eye Clinic because I got a job a block away, and all of a sudden they're taking digital pictures my optic nerve, testing my peripheral vision, testing various lenses on me. And with my insurance, this didn't cost me a thing. I have 100% more confidence that I now have an eye doctor that's looking out for my total eye health and not just trying to sell me glasses and contacts. I would recommend Redmond Eye Clinic without any reservation. Plus they get me in for me appointment on time, which isn't always the case with doctors.
The best eye Dr s in Redmond with excellent Retina Cameras. The staff are very friendly and help you out with filling the paper work. Overall I had a super great experience with Dr Skyles, my eye was really bad but with her expertise I had less worries about my condition and now I m better. I will always be thankful for the team at Redmond Eye Clinic.
I've been to this clinic two times, once for a retinal exam and once for a contact lens fitting. Both visits were in Nov 2018. I would give Redmond Eye Clinic high marks. Dr. Skyles is thorough and competent, and also patient enough to answer questions carefully. I should probably note that I have not purchased glasses or contacts at the clinic (yet), so I can't comment on prices.
These guys are awesome. Always kind, on time, explain everything and are really implementing safety precautions due to COVID. Always a positive, thorough experience.
