We were referred to Todd Hudson at Red Post Realty, and are glad we worked with him. Todd acknowledged that we were buying our first home and knew very little about the process. He was helpful in trying to match us to properties, scheduling showings, asking the right questions, and everything else. He has a strong knowledge of home repair which is very helpful, and takes the intimidation out of the whole process.

Todd really went the extra mile for us after we found our new home. Prior to closing, he helped arrange estimates on completing the installation of a new roof. He offered to schedule the estimates, meet each roofer, and broker the deal/see it through its completion. Whenever we tell friends and family what he did, we would hear someone say "Your realtor did that for you?" It's telling that he wants his customers to be satisfied.

From beginning to end, Todd and Nick C. from Red Post have been excellent. Definitely contact them if you are looking for a home in seacoast NH/southern ME, or beyond.

I could not be happier with my agent, Rob Saulnier, and the experience I had with Red Post Realty. Rob was so great to work with and I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, despite the issues we had with the seller on the first house we went under contract with. That first situation was so frustrating and difficult but Rob stuck with us and helped us through it all. He was always available and we could always count on him to give us his honest advice. We eventually pulled out of that first house and as things tend to happen for a reason, we found our dream house and Rob helped put us in it in under a month! We didn't think it would be possible to be in such an amazing house, especially so quickly, but Rob made it happen!!

I have dealt with a few realtors in the past and had some pretty bad experiences but Rob was amazing. We never felt like we were pushed into anything and always felt like he had our backs throughout it all. He was so helpful in guiding us and made the process so unbelievably easy, as he assisted us in every aspect, including helping us get the right financial option through CMG Financial, to helping us get the best inspector and insurance agent Highly recommend!

To say that I'm living in my dream home right now because of Chelsea Moore is an understatement. From the very first day we looked at properties, she encouraged me to stay open minded (I can be very particular) and look at similar houses to the one I had flagged to go visit. She never pressured me, always listened to what my deal-breakers were, and made excellent recommendations along the way. When she suggested to look at the house I wound up buying, I was more interested in another, but it paled in comparison to this one. Chelsea was super fast in getting me everything I needed in order to make an offer. As a single person / buyer who is also self-employed, I was worried my financing would be a challenge. When the first lender couldn't make the numbers work, Chelsea called Chris Faucher, also at Red Post, who brokered out the details of my loan to several other lenders, one of which came back immediately with a green light. As we made the offer, Chelsea was incredibly detail-oriented, super fast to respond to any questions I had, and truly advocated for what I wanted / needed in this process with the sellers / their agent. We wound up closing AHEAD of schedule and I am now living in my dream home. This deal would have fell apart at least three times had it not been for Chelsea going above and beyond. I can't recommend her and the Red Post team highly enough. Thank you Chelsea!
