To say that I'm living in my dream home right now ...

To say that I'm living in my dream home right now because of Chelsea Moore is an understatement. From the very first day we looked at properties, she encouraged me to stay open minded (I can be very particular) and look at similar houses to the one I had flagged to go visit. She never pressured me, always listened to what my deal-breakers were, and made excellent recommendations along the way. When she suggested to look at the house I wound up buying, I was more interested in another, but it paled in comparison to this one. Chelsea was super fast in getting me everything I needed in order to make an offer. As a single person / buyer who is also self-employed, I was worried my financing would be a challenge. When the first lender couldn't make the numbers work, Chelsea called Chris Faucher, also at Red Post, who brokered out the details of my loan to several other lenders, one of which came back immediately with a green light. As we made the offer, Chelsea was incredibly detail-oriented, super fast to respond to any questions I had, and truly advocated for what I wanted / needed in this process with the sellers / their agent. We wound up closing AHEAD of schedule and I am now living in my dream home. This deal would have fell apart at least three times had it not been for Chelsea going above and beyond.
