There's one bright star on the horizon with Red Lobster that is of course the biscuits which they serve. These are absolutely delicious and are abundant. The rest of the menu leaves a lot to be desired. I bought the surf and turf which was supposed to be a Maine lobster and a sirloin steak but the lobster was terrible. The sirloin steak was palatable but it's basically a cheap shot at Surf and Turf. Most restaurants offer a higher grade and cut of meat for their surf and turf. The supposed Maine Lobster had terrible texture and color and a giant lack of flavor. Chances are we will not ever be going back biscuits or no biscuits.

I really like this place. I wonder why I don't come here more often?
Now I remember - it's the prices!
OK, now I'll be fair. When I realize how I reacted when my Seaside Shrimp Trio was presented, my eyes actually got wider, almost like one would do if they were suddenly surprised, which I definitely was, I instantly changed my mind, plus I knew I was taking some of this home. IF the shrimp was frozen I certainly could not tell. All three types were definitely "crisp" when bitten into, not chewy like pieces of rubber when over cooked.
My daughter's Creamy Lobster Alfredo was another immense portion presentation and there were major chunks of lobster and NOT that phony stuff either. Yes, she ended up taking some home - like I said, it was an immense portion.
Her Mother had the Admirals Feast and, well I think you can guess what my next words will be - immense portion, part will be also heading home.
All plates of food were very hot and not because they were under a warming light.
So, knowing that actually fresh food that was also hot, that came in great portions, and being able to "fill up" on the famous biscuits, presented in a place where the ambiance gives one a sense of "the sea", and great waitresses and waiters (we had Erin H - fantastic knowledge of answers to our questions and care of us) makes me think of the saying " you get what you pay for" and has now changed my mind from being an occasional visitor - we will be back - soon. The pricing is worth it!!

They had some great lunch specials. It's the first time I've ever had their clam chowder and I must say it was different from any other that I've had, it was very creamy and had larger pieces of clams none of which had any grittiness. My caesar salad was dry and bland though.

The staff is nice but seem way over stressed. Seems as if the severs do a lot more then just taking care of my family. Also to many others guess acting as if they own or in the lest live there. Very unpleasant to say the lest. The severs had two that I could see very large Loud and mean to everyone around Birthdays parties. We felt like we might have a better time if we had gone across the street to Chuck-E-Cheese just all-around very disappointed and I realize it's not their fault you can't choose your guest but can you tell them no and stand up for the other guess balloons table decorations glitter everywhere kids running around playing games it was awful I didn't feel like we should have even had to pay for her food not to mention having to entertain other people's kids as a stopped in at our table I can't say will be back

When we arrived there wasn't no wait to be seated. The waitress was nice and respectful, didn't mind coming back. She was very up to date on the menu and was very helpful.
When we recieved our food which didn't take long it was hot and there was plenty on the plate.
The prices are to be expected since it is seafood but me and my husband which had two beers are for under 50$
I would recommend it for anyone craving seafood.

We had a great meal here. The service was awesome. Our waiter was very kind. Food as per usual. They ARE adhering to guidelines! Thank you! They are seating every other table and and very careful to keep tables with guests at least 6 feet apart. Our hostess made sure we were wearing masks and knew the rules. I appreciate that! Our server was wearing their mask properly and made the best of it! Great service and would visit in the pandemic again!

Great waitress but the food took 2 hours to prepare. When it finally came out the lobster for my wife and I had been sitting out under heat lamp and was old. The steak was raw. Not rare raw. They forgot our soup. They ran out of green beans and didnt tell us till our food came out.

The service was horrible. We waited for over 30 mins just to our drinks. Then another 30 or mins order in for the sea food mushrooms. Then another 20 mins to place our main course. And then another 45 mins to get our food. In total we were there for 2 hrs. It was a bit much for a Monday.

The restaurant and bathroom got bad odors not fresh. Waiting about ten minutes for the server to came to our table, 40 minutes for the food to came. We asked the server the reason why it took too long for the foods, the server said the kitchen cooked for the party of 50 came before us. Why don't she told us that before she took our order?

Unfortunately Red Lobster has really went downhill since they have separated from the Darren franchise. Food is mediocre, bar is filthy and smells staff is average. Just don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Never had a bad meal/experience at a Red Lobster. This one is no exception. One of the bartenders here lives in Georgia and has worked at this location for 17 years! What does that tell you about this restaurant and how it's run? I grew up in Florida on the Gulf coast. I'm extremely pickiy about seafood. There aren't any Seaside dives to eat at here, but this place is a rocking stand-in. I've always loved Red Lobster.

OK

Just had dinner here for the first time with some friends. The ONLY reason I am giving one star is because the waitress was the only good part of our dinner. If I could give ZERO STARS, I honestly would.
So let's start at the beginning; our drinks (at no fault of the waitress) were horrible. Martini tasted like sour milk, sangria tasted like water, and it took four times of ordering for one member of our party to then just get water after being told that the bar was out of everything he had asked for, even the wine.
Second, the two different kinds of shrimp that was ordered was extremely spicy and it clearly was not advertised as spicy. And the broccoli was basically the consistency of jello. I would touch my plate and the broccoli would wiggle. Definitely not appetizing.
Thirdly, when all the issues were brought to the managers attention as we were leaving, she was not sympathetic nor sincere or apologetic about our experience with the kitchen and bar. We STRESSED that it was not the waitress. The only thing the manager had to say was that they could bring out another side dish as we were leaving. We had explained that if we were in her shoes (as one of us was previously a manager at a restaurant), that if you wouldn't eat it or feed it to your child, why would you think it's okay to send food out to paying customers. We didn't even cause a scene nor did we speak loudly about our experience.
I will never come back to this location and so hope I have a better experience if I ever do decide to go to another red lobster restaurant again.
