Great rooms, great service. I love to stay here when I'm in town.
The hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was clean. The staff were friendly. I was super impressed! Thank you!
Very nice room, large TV but bathroom is a bit small
Rooms were clean, if a bit old looking. However, this is fine. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The shower has a strange drain that doesn't allow the water to drain fast enough, so the tub fills even during a brief shower. The main issue I had wasn't with the room, it was with the lady working at the front desk, who was rude and condescending to us when we tried to check in and she couldn't find our reservation. Parking is also $12 per day, which is quite frankly ridiculous. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel on our first night, which proved to be a good choice, as the burger I had was absolutely delicious, if a bit expensive at $18. There is also free 8oz coffee from the coffee shop since there aren't coffee pots in the room. Overall would be four or five stars if the lady at the front desk was nicer and parking was included.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We received bottled water upon check in that came with flower seeds which was a nice touch. No continental breakfast(14$ buffet), overpriced room service with automatic gratuity of 18%. I would stay here again but Im going to try out a few other hotels first.
The room is small, but clean and comfortable. While we are on a floor with a lot of students traveling for a sports competition, we don't hear any noise. The pool is warm. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that we asked for a pack n play when we checked in. We went swimming for about an after, and when we got back the pack n play still hadn't been brought up. I called and one was delivered 30 or so minutes later.
The management and ownership of the Hotel RL Spokane changed over the day before our arrival which obviously lead to some hiccups, but the staff have been friendly and doing their best to accommodate all the requests and previous planning of the wedding party. The pool is gorgeous and clean and definitely one of the biggest assets to this hotel.
The hotel itself is decent. The showers don t drain water very well so you stand in human soup while you bath. When you check in they take your card for incidentals and say the full amount will be refunded unless you charge food or drinks. Upon receiving your bill the last day there is a charge $12 a night for parking. It doesn t seem like a lot but most people have to travel on a budget and unknown fees may affect where you eat and activities. Call me old fashioned but dishonesty from a business isn t the best business model.
Great hotel, great view from the windows. The beds are alright though the bathroom maintenance was average.
They're smart enough to hire 'Smash HIt Carnival' !
Overall very nice grounds, the trees on site are very nice and the lawn and flowers are very attractive. Didn't spend much time in the hotel so no opinion on the interior. Location is downtown Spokane, just on the other side of the road from River Front Park, which was very enjoyable.
Great location easy to get to. Friendly and accomodating staff. Good event space.
Service, cleanliness of room, and friendliness of staff are all top notch
No longer a great place. Hotel has changed its brand. Canadians stay away! Stay at another hotel in the area, like the Oxford. Room was under renovation: dirty, dusty, paint swatch on bathroom wall, wasps' nest on balcony, no patio door screen. I have pictures to prove what I saw. However, the reservation and concierge staff were great. They tried to fix the mess called Hotel RL. So, an A+ there. But, not worth the price.
This is sec Durbin, in room 1108 and I loved the room and services provided to all us military personnel staying here. I would like to visit again
The fire alarm went off while we were there but other then that it was nice and pretty.
Please be careful in the parking lot. I had to stop someone from trying to carjack me and not once did I see any security from the hotel, even while being interviewed by the police. I had to contact the Davenport's head of security to ask why they do not have better security and cameras... Only to be, essentially, told they did not have the budget for it. With the prices of their rooms, they have the budget.
Not a big fan of the food either. Nor am I a fan of how they treat their employees... I've heard horror stories. The bartenders are very cool though... Just avoid the food.
You have to pay to park! $9! No coffee in rooms, really not joking!
Clean and funky public area made it fun and interesting. The room was way too small. But clean and comfy bed. Lacked a lot of extras. Probably won't return.
Nice and clean room. Wish the heater was stronger in the winter.
Lovely spacious rooms. Entertaining lobby... love the bar and restaurants at the hoteI. I also enjoy the convenience of the park so close to the hotel. Other restaurants are located about 1.1 mile from the hotel. Great staff, friendly and very helpful.
I stayed at the RL as part of processing for the Army and they were very accommodating. The foot was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and quiet.
They have really redone this hotel. Very hip vibe with Hangouts and a nice atmosphere. Great location to walk to downtown. Good food at the restaurant.
Fun pool, good breakfast. Had a few issues in our room (food left in fridge, no garbage can) but it was all resolved eventually.
I was there visiting someone and the hotel staff at the desk seemed nice
