The room was clean and recently renovated, the casino was ok

Very small casino, but fun. The rooms are nicely updated and comfy.

Kinda seemed like it was on the downhill side not alot of people for a Saturday night

UNBELIEVABLE : Not at the table for 30 minutes and WON $45,000! UNBELIEVABLE!
And they gave me a COMPLIMENTARY room and all the eats for free too! How's that for a Casino - FREE ROOM AND FOOD.

I enjoyed the old western atmosphere at the Red Garter Casino. It's smaller than the other Casinos with less tables but they had plenty of slots. Not as many people gambling so if your looking for a less hectic casino to visit then check it out

The hotel is now a "resort" so resort fees will be applied. The whole place has been updated and is more upscale than it was in the past. The biggest complaints I have are: 1. the shower was gross there was hair stuck to the wall as well as a glob of something that most likely contained DNA on the same wall
2. no coffee maker in the room. Skip the prospector cafe buffet for breakfast. The price was 8.95 and there are a reasonable number of choices but the food is not hot, barely warm. Coffee is hot though I'll give them that.

I would rate 5 stars but seriously, after being there for a day or two and hanging out in the casino and listening to the same 4 songs over and over and over again! I wanted to shoot myself! It wasn't even a a good selection of songs! Just 4 horrible songs, put on repeat. Literally! Makes for a horrible gambling experience!

Great place to stay clean comfortable rooms they have a lot of games and tables and a really good breakfast special 24 hours a day

They've done alot of remodeling, since i last went there , looks good and good atmosphere.

The rooms were nice. The only problem we encountered was the ATMs being out of money in the morning, so we couldn't get coffee because their card reader was down to.

The Red Garter is very nice, we went to see it and they have gone through a total upgrade. Very enjoyable.

This place is awesome let me tell ya, if you want the nicest coctail waitress and some awesome table games then you found your place here at the Red Garter.

Good service and food at Prospecter Cafe. Excellent prices. Casino advertises loosest slots in wendover but they're extremely tight. Had better luck at Peppermill down the road

The phone number at this hotel comes out busy al the time why? They have not give back the 50.00 dollars deposit for each room I got.

It looks old and run down. But the cafe food is great.

Outdated. The drinks are watered down. The service at the slots was even worse.

I had this feeling that meth was being cooked there.

The Nugget and Red Garter banned us. We were homeless, clean clothing clothing and bathe regularly drive a nice Jeep and we were labeled as Undesirables How dare you do that to us. I even got yp the VIP status.We Love most of the staff between the 2 properties. We will just spend our time and money at Montego. We, are a platinum member there any way For the past 16 yrs. It's no wonder why the Nugget and Red Garter are never full and less business when they treat good people like this.

When we arrived to our room it had not been cleaned. The manager was very rude to us in finding us another room to accommodate us. When it was not our fault that the room was not clean. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and will not be returning.

Breakfast is normally great. Service was wonderful just stay away from the biscuits and gravy. A little too doughy for my likings

Check in, front desk is shady, between Orbitz and the front desk it was difficult accounting for the price as confirmed and what the front desk wanted. I understand the fifty dollar "room deposit" for an establishment that deals with dubious customers The room is passable, the bed is comfy, linens were clean and fresh, we had a non smoking room as represented. Hallways are ghetto, stuffy, dark and paint worn, missing hardware. We stayed at the Red Garter because the good hotels were booked, another time we'll book on the Utah side if everything else is booked. To be clear, we will not stay at the Red Garter again and do not recommend the place.

Wendover's newest casino does not disappoint! It's a fun casual environment with some fantastic restaurants- We ate at Prospector Cafe for breakfast and later had an incredible meal at The Italia. Casino itself has a good energy. Outside is bright and vibrant. Great location off the 80 and convenient to walk to if you're staying at the nearby RV park.

They practice price gouging at check-in; make reservations online... internet says $80/night. The charges on my card were over twice that, for one night. Checked out by 11, left the room in normal condition for leaving a motel room, didn't smoke in a non-smoking room, (the halls wreaked of smoke smell), and despite the response here from the hotel - they've ignored the email I sent as requested. (And they got my name wrong...)

It was okay cheap price but winning at the casino was almost life-threatening basically almost impossible .

This hotel and casino advertises they have the newest, most entertaining machines in Wendover. This was inaccurate. I was actually rather excited to stay here because I haven't been to Wendover since Red Garter was in the process of remodeling. Unfortunately, it was just an exterior face-lift. The inside looks the same and the rooms look just as outdated and improperly maintained as before. I'll be staying at the Nugget like I always do going forward.

Great location for a cheap breakfast can't beat $3.99. Also has a breakfast buffet for only $7.99. Did not stay overnight so I can't review the Casino/Hotel.

The hallway always smell like pot. The front desk would not move us rooms or accommodate us in anyway

Amazing breakfast. You can't go wrong going for breakfast. Maybe you will have some luck at the blackjack tables and slot machines.

The staff isn't friendly, takes for ever for a cocktail waitress to
ask if you want a drink!

My wife and I stopped here years ago and quickly exited because it was dark and unpleasant. My, what a good renovation does to a person's attitude! 180 degree difference - open, clean, well-lit, and nice to visit now. We were very pleased with the way the Red Garter looks now and would recommend this as a good place to stop.

Clean, helpful lots of machines. Please place the lady with her garter belt on leg back on front of building.

Rooms were decent and clean but the doors are not sound proofing and could hear door slamming all night.

Friendly bartender and a cute cocktail waitress. The slots are a little tight, but that's why they comp you drinks.

Great calm place to stay. Casinos arent too crowded and the dealers were cool. no overwhelming cigarette scent. I enjoyed my stay here.

There is a restaurant inside, we eat breakfast and it tastes good

Checked in to room and pulled back the sheet only to find dirt and hair and the duvet had dried blood along the top of it. Gross. They did change our room but it wasn't much better. The desk clerk was rather snotty about it. The duvet in the 2nd room had lipstick along the top edge and the sink had a hair in it. The room appeared to have not been vacuumed. We were too tired to continue to change rooms. For a nonsmoking room, it stool smelled very strong of cigarette smoke

I love this casino. They're always so friendly. I have never had a bad experience. The renovations they did threw me off, but looks a lot better. The rooms are beautiful as well!

I like the red garter resturante it is very good and delicious and the waitress that help us was really nice if you ever go ask for carmen vera

The tables were kind of run down, ciggarete burns a plenty. 3$ blackjack was a huge plus. There was only one table open. But it had enough space for the wife and I

The Prospector was our favorite place to eat while in Wendover. Where else can you get breakfast for $3.99

You can always count on this place to at least have a room while the rest are sold out. It's not a bad place I love the remodel the entrance is really nice the rooms definitely could use a little more modernization. I'm pretty sure there was a fire alarm from 1972 in our room.

What a dump. Spent $200 on a room the size of a closet. We figured to try our luck downstairs and put $100 into a machine and the machine didn t pay what was won. They said it wasn t up to them and gave me my $30 instead of my $600. And I had to wait 40 minutes and talk to 4 people before anyone showed up to help me. Worst birthday ever!

Amazing place for a night stay. Everything was perfect!

We went to Andover and most of the hotels were booked we decided to stop at the red garter casino.the rooms are comfortable and really clean most of the stuff in the room look brand new.
