We took our time making a decision on purchasing our Toyota Highlander. The staff were patient and informative about product knowledge. In the end we were happy with our decision to purchase a Toyota product, this is our second as we have an 2005 Sienna with 350 000 km it is still running well. Genaro, Ben, Taylor and Jamie were excellent to work with. I certainly liked their style of service and sales as generally Toyota products sell themselves.

Excellent service and of course great cars! Had to buy a new Sequoia because my old Sequoia had such high mileage I was afraid to get stuck without a vehicle. Of course I had to get another! Best value for my money! Go there, test drive a Toyota and ask for Stephen!
Came in to the dealership and did all the financial on a car but the numbers never added up on how they kept getting this big number and when confronted they avoided it and changed the subject..

I had a great experience with Jathryn. I was looking for a well made, reliable vehicle after having 5 warranty claims on an SUV I bought new from another make. I told Jathryn the things I was looking for in a vehicle, and she was very knowledgeable about different brands and their common problems. After going through a couple vehicles I had in mind, we decided on the RAV4 and Jathryn was able to get every option I wanted in one vehicle! She showed me around the car and knew all the features and workings. Jathryn's service was great and she is very knowledgeable, she was very friendly and personable. I've had my Rav 4 over a year now and I love it. 10/10

The young mechanic that work on my car this winter stole my brand new tire nuts that i had left under my front siege. I just notice it 3 months after when its time to changr my tires. But of course they will say i dont i have proof but i just gonna say this. This is a bad dealership. I took my car 3 times in for fixing a simple heater fan and now i find out that i got my nuts stolen by that young bad mechanic. Great dealership

My wife and I would like to thank Steven Parrott for working so hard and fighting super hard to get us into a car at first. We have been going through Steven for the last two years, when no one else could get us approved he did. He has always gone above and beyond for us. Since we dont live in Red Deer he manged to get our first car and now our SUV delivered to us. We highly reccommend him. We will never go through a different person for our car needs. Just when you think you cant have a car, Steven makes it happen.

We live in Calgary, but purchased our Sienna at Red Deer Toyota. Sales staff was excellent and the vehicle has been flawless. We've had basic service done at a Toyota dealership in Calgary and found them unresponsive so we take it to Red Deer Toyota for service (we frequently are in the area). The service department has always been friendly and responsive. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be and they returned it clean inside and out. We'll continue to take our vehicle there.

Posting this review about my boyfriend's truck. This has been our experience, if I could give 0 stars I would. These are his words that he shared on FB today. "I own a 2012 Toyota Tundra TRD, 70,000 kms on it and babied every km along the way. I have all maintenance records. Awhile back one of the cylinders went through the engine block rendering it inoperable. I was driving 120 km/h on the QE2 in AB.
Prior to this Toyota had covered a few engine malfunctions (water pump, oil leaks, etc) under my extended warranty which wasn t cheap. I have a statement from the service manager at Red Deer Toyota that they were unable to find a direct correlation between the engine and the lift kit . Despite this confession I was denied any and all coverage regarding the replacement of the engine. They continue to ignore and refuse to respond to the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter as they claim, they don t cover engine malfunction once any after market work has been done to the vehicle. *This never was an issue in previous warranty work to the engine*.
Yesterday I had my Tundra towed to my residence to find that most of the engine components (still drooling oil) as well as an uncapped (no lid), large pail of used engine oil was placed INSIDE THE CAB before transit. I had visited the truck on multiple occasions before it was towed and these things were not in the cab at such times. Needless to say the interior of my very lightly used (and very expensive I might add), Toyota Tundra is drenched in old oil and transmission fluids.
Not only has Toyota dishonoured my extended warranty coverage but they ve damaged the interior. I would ve been more than willing to cover the costs of proper oil disposal. There was absolutely zero communication that they might want me to deal with the oil. "

Started my search for a used truck in Calgary. While experiencing lazy, dropping communication and unorganized sales people, I ended my vehicle shopping with Red Deer Toyota.
Every single person I had communication with at Red Deer Toyota was excellent. Their sales people listened to my wants in the used truck and helped me find exactly what I was after. They explained to me that I had the opportunity to purchase new for not that far of a leap in my original price point and the new truck would check off all of my wants and more.
These are small town values kinda people. They listen to you and want you to leave with a great experience. Team work makes the dream work and I'm very happy to now be driving mine.

We went in looking for a van. They tried to sell us a van used as a rental van. At this point it was an OK experience. They appraised my trade and I knew what it was worth based off my research and an appraisal done the same day. They offered us 9500.00. I told them no deal unless they did a lot better and they came back with 10500.00. They kept preaching about why there book value was lower than the rest of the world. There pricing is favourable to Red Deer Toyota and everywhere else is wrong. We walked away and went to GoAuto. Found a van and they gave us 14000.00 for our trade. You be the judge. Toyota is a great product but Red Deer Toyota not so much.
Best deal, top shelf service, and great experience every time. Highly recommended and will continue to get all our family vehicles nowhere else.

My name is Linda and purchased a used vehicle from Red Deer Toyota. I did pay for extended warranty and my vehicle was Toyota certified. Shortly after the purchase my heat assembly needed replacing. I was told that this part was not covered under that warranty. That did not stop the team at Red Deer Toyota to make it right. I would like to thank Neil, Don and Bart for their commitment to making their customers' happy. It is rare today that a dealership would do the right thing and that is exactly what Red Deer Toyota did by fixing my heat assembly without charging me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could continue to do my sales calls and over extended what was expected.

MY Toyota was recalled due to an fault in the sensor in the passenger side air bag. My appointment was set, they took much less time then they first estimated, they washed the car and I am a happy camper.

I've had a few experiences with the Service department here, and while I'm really please with the service advisors, I think the quality and care from start to finish could be improved. On my latest visit, the plastic seat wrap and paper floor mat were left in my car, which isn't a big deal, but it's not something I've ever had elsewhere. The service advisor I've dealt with on both my previous trips (Charlotte) kept me updated on everything and tried to find the best solution for me. Overall, it hasn't been my favourite place to go for service but it definitely hasn't been the worst either. I trust them with my car and don't ever feel like they're just trying to get money out of me for unnecessary service.
