My name is Linda and purchased a used vehicle from Red Deer Toyota. I did pay for extended warranty and my vehicle was Toyota certified. Shortly after the purchase my heat assembly needed replacing. I was told that this part was not covered under that warranty. That did not stop the team at Red Deer Toyota to make it right. I would like to thank Neil, Don and Bart for their commitment to making their customers' happy. It is rare today that a dealership would do the right thing and that is exactly what Red Deer Toyota did by fixing my heat assembly without charging me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could continue to do my sales calls and over extended what was expected.
It is nice to feel like a family member and not just a customer.
