Very relaxing place to roam and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beauty. Friendly staff as well.

There are so many diverse activities here for both youth and adults.

this is a MUST SEE activity when travelling around SLC area!

Absolutely worth the entrance fee. Beautiful place. The views of Salt Lake City on the way up were breathtaking also.

My favorite concert venue in Salt lake. Outdoor ampitheatre bring your own beer/wine/booze. Sit wherever there's room first come first serve. Bring a blanket and or lawn chairs.

Love, love, love this place! I wish I lived closer so I could go there all the time. The trails are great, the gardens are stunning. Hours of free entertainment, it can't get much better than that.

As a concert venue there is so much alcohol at this place, it has just become an excuse for drinking in public. Which drives up ticket prices with people who are just there to drink and many couldn't care less about the shows and artists. Not a fan.

Wow beautiful place. Alot of plants. There is alot to walk but it's worthy. We love the pomegranate tree.

Picturesque beauty! You can go around the whole area within 1-2 hours. There are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view. Best time to visit - Fall.

Feels like you've stepped out of Utah. They bring in some great artists. There is not a bad "seat" in the garden. Just bring your food, drinks and plan on an enjoyable evening!

Do not miss the music in the Amphitheater throughout the spring and summer. Become a member if nearby.

Love this venue for concerts! It is the best venue I've been to in Salt Lake. Bring your own food and drinks and listen to the music you love under the stars. It doesn't get any better.

I love this place for its small hikes, lovely gardens and event venues. Plants and event bookings are expensive though!

Very beautiful area! We didn't go inside the gardens, we hiked all around the grounds though and took beautiful fall pictures!

Beautiful scenery and a great place to go on a stroll through nature. University of Utah students get in for free, so it's an easy and cheap way to go on a date or just enjoy some solitude in the plants. Takes a while to walk all the way through if you stop and admire it, but it's worth the time!

Red Butte Gardens was not everything I was hoping it to be. I understand that it's still mid-late April and there's not a whole lot blooming yet, but there was not as much color or scents as I hoped there would be... you'd be better off walking around parts of U of U campus or BYU. I still give it four stars because I know I did not attend during their main season.

This is such a beautiful place for a wedding. People can walk around the grounds and enjoy the wide variety of plants. Even on a hot day it is cool and inviting!!

One of the most beautiful and relaxing botanical gardens I visited. Loved the way they categorized different sections of flowers , herbs , plants etc.... one can enjoy , do a picnic and learn about different plants at the same time , so glad I made it in my 2 days visit to Salt Lake City it s so well kept , tidy and lush green , such a treat to our eyes

...this is a beautifully maintained arboretum and gardens...with something for everyone!...the gift shop is well inventoried with a variety of items for guests of all ages...very much enjoy concerts at this location...excited to see the development of the conservation area finally underway!....a wonderfully friendly volunteer 'staff' deserves much credit for providing loving care to this SLC treasure...

Amazing, beautiful place, perfect for romantic dates!

Stunning! One of the best curated yet natural feeling gardens I have ever been to. The pictures do not do it justice. Wonderful views of the valley as well and lots of hiking trails you can access from within the gardens.

Beautiful, intimate setting for concerts. Line up early for better grass seating. Bring an umbrella for shade, sunscreen, bug spray, a jacket, a blanket and low to the ground chairs. Red Butte allows beverages and food to be brought in. Parking is a bit crazy, but there is some. All in all a lovely entertainment experience.

First time here, I was skeptical because what beauty is there in a garden during winter?, Well A LOT! It is definitely gorgeous, the views are fantastic. The facility is clean, clean restrooms, They have a gift shop to get souvenirs, you can plan events here and the pictures found online don't make this place justice, it is worth the trip.

Lego installation was awesome! Helpful staff and eco-friendly water conservation gardens were awesome.

I frequently go here because I get free admission. The gardens are beautiful, and it's a great place to enjoy a walk during the day; however, I am not sure I would come here for the gardens if I didn't have free admission. The cost is a bit steep.

I absolutely LOVE this venue. They offer so many different activities. I love going to concerts there.

Had such an awesome time at this place. Snow basically covered all the flowers, plants, but the trees were beautiful covered in the snow, but we were able to build 3 snowmen, do Angels in the snow, and snowball fights. I'm sure in the summer and spring the flowers are beautiful

Went here today with our 4 kids for free admission day. We loved it! So many things to see, smell, and learn about. So pretty!
