Absolutely wonderful company. I called for a rush balloon bouquet to welcome back our students during our laptop/supplies distribution. It was very last minute but they quickly filled the ordered and even made it nicer than I had designed it. Very sweet people.

5++ Outstanding Quality and Service!! I live in Phoenix and my sister lives in Seattle, her birthday is in January. Normally all the holiday hubbub distracts me till February and I miss it. This year I decided to try and catch up a little. I ordered (4) bouquets of balloons and requested that they be delivered in a particular order to her work. Not only did they complete the task as requested but also managed not to spill the beans on who might have sent them. My sister as well as everyone in her office had quite the day, the pictures I've received makes it so worth it.

We ordered about a dozen balloons online for a birthday, and they were available for pickup the same day! You choose how many of exactly what color balloons you want, and we left a note to specify so much as the color of the ribbon, and they made it perfect. Thanks!
Mike is incredible! Kindly took care of every single one of my requests and made a delivery nearly 30 minutes from their store just to accomodate me. Wife LOVED the balloons. Will use again for sure!
This is a nice gift store. It has a lot of great cards, balloons and small gifts for adults and children. The staff is very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend if you need a last minute gift or card for an occasion. The only thing I wish they carried more wrapping paper, bags, and tissue.
They got me waiting a long time in their line to pay. One guy was blowing balloons and the other one getting calls. None of them seemed to notice me there waiting. Besides, it is overpriced, I won't go there again.
Everything inside the store is so interesting for the kids and it's not just a balloon store there's toys, books, puzzles, games, science kits for kids. It's overall an amazing store.
Red Balloon is always very helpful and friendly. I had to purchase items for a last minute birthday party. They had everything I needed. They went to the back and searched for things that they couldn't find on display... They even gave me a free balloon! Very welcomed and unexpected.

This store should get 5 stars with all the incredible toy and balloon selection it carries. I trekked across town in the rain to ask about getting a "gender reveal" balloon here, like many party companies do. The gentleman who worked there told me "No, we don't do that, but if you bring your own balloon and confetti in, we can fill it up for you!". He then confirmed that yes, they do sell pink and blue confetti, and the appropriate balloons, but "don't fill the confetti for our customers since it's time consuming. But if you fill it up with the confetti yourself, we can fill the balloon with the helium...". Sorry, but I think you've missed the whole point on what a gender reveal is. What an annoying experience. Just a warning if anyone else is ever interested in coming here for this. I should have called in advance.
To buy some festive items, I went there. Beautiful place, friendly staff. All the necessary things were of good quality and timed. I would definitely recommend them.
I want to go back here! I don't live in Seattle, but next time I'm here I would love to go back! An endless amount of fun things to look at and purchse. Understaffed, but the person who was there was SO helpful and friendly.
One of the shop assistants (lady) was super unhelpful And it seemed like she didn't care at all, just wanted me to pay & leave. The guy on the other hand was super helpful & professional. Prices are a bit overpriced

Mike helped decorate our recent Kaiser Permanente business social event and he arrived early and arranged all of the balloon displays. It's clear to me that Mike cares about the overall look of his customer's events and meetings. He has a high attention to detail and wants to make sure that your vision is complete. Not only was the final result of our event amazing, Mike saved me at least an hour of event set up work. I highly recommend Mike at the Red Balloon Company and you will not be disappointed!
It was my bf's birthday recently and I stopped by Red Balloon a few times to pick out balloons and a gift. I dealt with several staff members and even though my visit was during COVID my experience was really good. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly which made for a very pleasant experience in these unusual times. I really appreciated their help and customer service. Super friendly and the selection of balloons and toys was great as well!
Wow, did you know that you could spend $6 on a simple little latex balloon? Fun selection, insane prices. Good in a pinch.
