TELG handled me and my situation with the utmost care, professionalism and trust. Keeping me informed at each step of the way was their normal course of business. Their due diligence to understand the events, the key players and potential outcome was noteworthy to make sure that sufficient information was available to ensure the desired outcome.

I was overcharged for absolutely nothing, Even after speaking with other employment law firms who also agree. I was charged an outrageous consultation fee yes I could ve declined the payment but free usually means cheap but I was clearly wrong in the law world cheap is clearly better than spending because organizations like these take money only to have u wait around for them to want to represent u in a mediation session which YOU DON T NEEEED A LAWYER FOR! Also charging an outrageous price just to represent someone in mediation which is more than the retainer which again is outrageous....they wont represent a client in court because the Expenses are to high? this LawFirm wants close to 20k for representation in mediation but declines representing a client in superior court because of the expenses needed to do so?....None of which makes any sense of course its to expensive the Law firm has already drained the client of its financial resources. I hope any one in need reads my review don t be fooled by the praises...I was and I hope i m saving someone from the embarrassment/debt I now have with them..

My experience with The Employment Law Group was great. They scheduled an appointment with a very short turnaround, which I was very grateful for, and Adam Carter answered all my questions and raised issues I should think about that I hadn't even asked about.

After several days searching for a Law Firm to represent me I found TELG. Learning their track record, the fact that they had been in business for 70 years and knowing they only represented employment cases, I felt they were the Law Firm for me. Mr. Oswald investigated me thoroughly before taking my case, which gave me assurance he would do a great job in investigating every nook and cranny pertaining to my case. During trial there were times when all odds semmed to be against me and Mr. Oswald immediately fought back like a brother perfecting his sister's life giving me faith that we would prevail. I truly feel I have been Blessed to have found TELG.

I was disappointed from the very beginning. Upon first contacting "The Employment Law Group" and after explaining the nature of my call to the main line, I was transferred to the Intake Department. Here is where my disappointments lies. The woman answered the phone as if I had just called her exclusive private line, and didn't have any idea of why I would have been transferred to her. I introduced myself and she still may remained silent??? I'm like "Hello". Her.... "YES". Myself...."Is this the Intake Department"? Her.... "Yes, how may I help you"? After a short thought, I decided not to even bother with what seemed like rude incompetence. As badly as I need help, I'd rather not.

Attorneys Scott Oswald, David Scher and other members of The Employment Law Group (TELG) who were involved in my case, are simply the best in the employment litigation field. Their superior professional expertise in employment matters reflects an unflinching sense of integrity, dedication, tenacity, perseverance, courage, and teamwork that was exhibited in their representation of my best interests as their client. TELG embodies several distinguishing features that notably comprise its outstanding reputation. From my experience, some of these include the following: (a) TELG and its attorneys including Scott Oswald, David Scher and others pride themselves in being up-front and honest with their clients and, inn this regard, engaged inn a thorough initial vetting of the facts to establish a sound premise for moving forward on my case and advising me accordingly of realistic outcomes and options; (b) TELG is a no nonsense firm with a unique and effective approach. Its decision to proceed with my case exemplified the relentless application of highly competent and hard-working professionals including attorneys, paralegals, investigators, jury consultants, and experts working collaboratively as a team under the outstanding direction of Attorneys David Scher and Scott Oswald; (c) An integral part of the firms modus operandi includes its profound concern for the clients satisfaction and, accordingly, they made certain I was always included in the decision making process, kept abreast on the progress of my case, and given prompt and timely responses to all my questions; (e) The firms ultimate focus on my best interest as their client extended beyond mere legalities and embraced a broader people-oriented perspective. This was evidenced by its welcoming environment and client invitations to TELGs annual Christmas Party, which was indicative of the firms leadership and management style in fostering a law firm atmosphere where the interest of the client is truly paramount. I have nothing but good things to say about Scott Oswald, David Scher and all the other dedicated folks at TELG. I strongly recommend them if one is looking for a law firm of excellence.

Nick Woodfield helped me get through a very difficult work situation when I was 8 months pregnant. He provided the perfect council and I was able to navigate with clarity, education and confidence where I was otherwise blind. Ultimately, he armed me with the ability to stand up for my rights in a professional and dignified way.

Over the last six years Scott Oswald and his team at the Employment Law Group LLP managed our non-immigrant (multiple non-residence visas, TN, H1-B and H4) and Permanent Residence petition recently granted for my husband and our son. The services provided over 10 years were outstanding and very professional. We are very satisfied and willing to recommend the firm services to other people dealing with similar visa related issues.

Unfortunately my family and I have needed the representation of TELG on three separate occasions over the past few years. The good part of the unfortunate situations was the outstanding professionalism the firm provided. Extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain all of the intricacies of the situation, client focused, willing to take time to talk with us while never making us feel like our case or issues were too small or unimportant. I would recommend TELG to anyone needing a strong law firm to handle employment related matters. When you have those issues it certainly is in your best interest to have the Best as your counsel.

My case started as an employment case, turned into a case of political asylum, then took another turn and added a layer of immigration due to marriage to a U.S. citizen. You should think that this is too much diversity for a lawyer focusing on labor law, but Scott managed it all. Where he did not initially have the expert knowledge, he thoroughly researched the issues at hand and impressed all parties involved with his competence. He always explained out legal prospects thoroughly, was there when a crisis arose, hooked us up with other legal experts, domestic and abroad, and made me feel that we were an important case. It felt like we have a friend in him we could rely on. He had to learn that sometimes the judiciary bends the rules when big politics get involved, but he adjusted to that and finally managed to win the case against all odds.

If the cause is the interest and protection of the "little guy", Mr. Oswald exemplifies the cause. Mr. Oswald reviewed my cause extensively and then offered safe advice with little time before my filing deadline. He didn't have to do any of it and then did it pro bono. I am very impressed with his specialty knowledge of my unique case and am very grateful I happened upon his organization.

Thank you again Mr. Oswald.

I would give them a O star if I could. They charged me over $30,000 and in three months doing minimal work. When they send me bills I noticed that firm was overcharging me. When I brought this to Scott Osborn attention he promised to give me a credit but then changed his mind and submitted a motion to withdraw as my counsel instead. This firm is only about making money. They do not care about you or your case. They took advantage of me and then withdraw when I start questioning overcharging. Do yourself a favor and find a firm that would treat you as a client and not like unlimited bank account. They will drop you in the middle of your case for asking questions and trying to resolve the overbilling.

Scott inherited a wounded, confused, and frightened client facing malicious ruination of reputation, and employment and through his thorough, thoughtful, supportive review and counseling patiently guided me through the maze of government bureaucracy to a final result of complete debunking of all accusations and removal of all those accusations and the proposed punitive actions from my records. I have been asked for his name by at least 3 coworkers and was pleased to refer my friends to his care.

About The Employment Law Group, P.C.

The Employment Law Group, P.C. is a law firm that specializes in protecting employees who have faced retaliation or discrimination in the workplace. The firm's whistleblower attorneys are experienced and dedicated to helping clients obtain rewards for their bravery in reporting illegal activities.

With over 20 years of experience, The Employment Law Group has established itself as a leader in employment law. Their team of attorneys is well-versed in all aspects of employment law, including whistleblower protection, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.

One of the key areas of expertise for The Employment Law Group is whistleblower protection. Whistleblowers are individuals who report illegal activities within their organization to the appropriate authorities. Unfortunately, many whistleblowers face retaliation from their employers for speaking out against wrongdoing.

The Employment Law Group's attorneys understand the risks that whistleblowers face and are committed to protecting them from retaliation. They work tirelessly to ensure that whistleblowers receive the legal protections they deserve under state and federal laws.

In addition to protecting whistleblowers, The Employment Law Group also helps clients who have experienced discrimination or harassment at work. Discrimination can take many forms - it can be based on race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age or disability status.

The firm's attorneys are well-versed in all aspects of anti-discrimination laws and will fight tirelessly on behalf of clients who have been discriminated against at work. They understand how difficult it can be for employees to speak out against discrimination but believe that everyone deserves a workplace free from harassment and bias.

Wrongful termination is another area where The Employment Law Group excels. If an employee has been fired illegally - perhaps because they reported illegal activity within their organization - they may be entitled to compensation under state or federal law.

The firm's attorneys will review each case carefully to determine whether an employee has been wrongfully terminated and will fight aggressively on behalf of clients who have been treated unfairly by their employers.

Finally, The Employment Law Group also handles wage and hour disputes - cases where employees believe they have not been paid fairly by their employer. These disputes can arise when an employer fails to pay overtime wages or misclassifies workers as exempt from overtime pay requirements.

If you're facing any type of legal issue related to your employment situation - whether it's whistleblower protection or a wage dispute - you need experienced legal representation on your side. Contact The Employment Law Group today for a consultation with one of our skilled attorneys!
