Total scam organisation. They call trying to solicit your details on behalf of AGL. I have no money owing to AGL. For 3 months they have called every 2nd day. I finally told them that if I owe money, send me a paper bill or take me to court. Still nothing. The government should shut them down.
Extremely rude !! All of the workers at this company are disgusting. They yell over the top of you while you are speaking, they speak extremely rude to you and are not helpful whatsoever.
I called to ask one simple question, it turned into 39 minutes of hold while i kept getting transferred to the wrong person,. Each person I did speak to was very unpleasant to deal with. When i asked why they are speaking to a customer this way, the reply was "we are not a customer company we don't care". The last lady put me on hold and after 15 minutes hung up the phone
just an all round terrible experience with this company, terrible operators, even worse at communication, tries to get you to pay a bill you ve already paid and will badger you with calls even though you ve proven payment.
My wife and I have been stalked by this company for months now. They keep calling on an unknown number and refuse to leave messages.
We both run businesses where we aren t able to get access to our phones immediately. When we did get time to pick up at last they were very rude to us.
Instead we have decided to take them to court, despite our loss to us this is a matter of objection to how this company does business.

Received a letter regarding a debt. The operator was very professional and helped me out a lot. Had to ring back for another issue and the second operator was very professional as well
Should be zero stars!! Ask for personal information but will NOT provide a privacy statement or inform you of where recordings are being stored. Very rude operators, all Indian with thick accents that nobody can understand, constantly talk over you and will not give information unless you divulge private info. Pretty sure they are selling personal data on dark net.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, GO DIRECTLY TO COMPANY YOU HAVE DEBT WITH IF DEBT EXISTS AT ALL. THIS COMPANY HAS TRACK RECORD OF FRAUDULENT STAFF AND PRACTICES.
Appalling customer service. I ve called this company 20+ times over the last few weeks to get a payout figure and it always goes to voicemail. I ve left my details so many times and they never ever call me back
Got a letter in the mail and only had two days to pay $1400 no previous requests and I have to come up with $1400 in two days, once I payed it week later got another letter demanding I pay the $1400 do they even check it was payed what a useless company now I have to waste my time following up to let them know I payed it

Called on behalf of a client and the guy seemed nice enough. I'm not a fan of the whole 'let's start with your name first' business though, how about start with a friendly 'hi, how are you' greeting. I understand that a lot of places do the name first thing these days.
