This is our WORST experience so far renting with a company. The property manager Rick and Kathy Lehman are unresponsive, had us move into a home with TONS of maintenance issues and manage to make up every excuse for how that s the owners fault not theirs. You can t walk on the first floor because of the floorboards pulling up, which is the only way in and out of the home. We were rented an unsafe home. We will not be renewing with them, I can t wait to get out of this lease. Don t rent with this company if you are looking for any ounce of professionalism. I should have read all of these reviews before signing. My next step is contacting the BBB.

They've withheld 800$ my security deposit after move out with no explanation of "damages". Calls to property manager Kathy go unanswered and are not responded to.

If you want clear communication and professionalism - look elsewhere.

RPA has managed our family owned investment property for many years. They did a great during the covid 19 rental restrictions in helping tenants find assistance rent resources.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a "company." From my end, I can't even tell if they're a real business or just a scam. They have canceled my prescheduled showing times 4/4 times now. I haven't even been able to view any of their properties to date and it's been 3 months now. I've gone on their website, found something I liked, CHOSEN A PREAPPROVED, PRESCHEDULED showtime, booked it, confirmed it, and then they send an automated text 1-2 hours before I'm supposed to view that my showing has been canceled and needs to be rescheduled. I'm from out of state and have already traveled 5 hours one way and spent hundreds of dollars by the time they cancel on me last minute. I can't even respond to the text they send to beg them to keep the appointment because it's an automated system you can't reply to. I have called, emailed and texted them all 4 times with no response. Trying to warn people about this place before it's too late for them. Don't even bother wasting time on this joke of a company.

I'm very happy with Real Property Associates and I highly recommend the company. Max, Ivan, and Ashley have been very professional and helpful since I moved to the apartment.
My Property Manager Max is really amazing. I had few concerns not too long ago, and Max himself came to my unit, took note of what needed to be fixed, filed a maintenance request, and made sure everything is taken care of right away. He always makes sure that any concern I have is taken care of immediately. He is truly the BEST Property Manager I ever had and he deserves 10 stars.

Marlee Maude Young is the best!

I was so pleased with my experience with Real Property Associates Inc in renting out my property. The whole process of finding a tenant was as smooth and fast as I could have ever imagined. Marlee have been genuinely amazing, and very professional, responsive and efficient. She found a good tenant within a day, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and made the whole thing very straightforward. She focus on quality rather then quantity. I have been so impressed with my experience and we'd be happy to recommend her to any one.

Victoria Ormsby has been beyond amazing. Because of the type of visa I have, I ve had to make adjustments to my lease a couple of time and she s been so helpful and accommodating. She s always been great at managing any neighbor complains I ve had. I ve probably been a little annoying and she s always been so patient and kind. I ve been living in my building for 3 years now and only have positive things to say about her and RPA.

Meghan W. Has been an amazing apartment manager, her attentiveness and compassion have been a life saver for me this last year. Any issues I ve had have been remedied fast. I highly recommend renting from her
