Good information on the site but you have to search for acrerage, it would be nice if it was up by the price.

Realtypath is a great company to work for and with!! Super knowledgeable and approachable brokers. Friendly and competent support staff. They solve problems quickly and efficiently. Plenty of free continuing education classes and training to choose from. They use a very efficient and user-friendly online document system. I'm very pleased with Realtypath!!
I made the move to Realtypath after interviewing 5 different brokerages. I had already made my decision but decided I would check out RP first. I signed up with Realtypath the day I meet with them. I love RP, the staff and brokers are all amazing. The fees are low and they have all the support I need. I highly recommend them.
Realtypath is the best place to hold you real estate license. My first brokerage charged me large commission splits and didn t allow me to set my own commission. Coming over to realtypath was a no-brainer as they only have a $500 commission split and offer social media content, digital signature software, great broker support, and website with a great CRM to help you represent you clients to the fullest. It s no wonder Realtypath has over 1,000 agents!
Full disclosure: I didn't hire this company, and I never will because of the way my real estate agent and myself was treated by the agent we had to deal with. I'm a veteran getting a VA loan, so I didn't have to have a downpayment. We had a good relationship with the seller. (who is a great guy and was a pleasure to work with) Then the seller decided to hire an agent through this company. I was homeless when we started the process of buying and when we told the agent that we would like to hurry this along so I could have a roof over my head he was very quick to call me a liar and my agent unprofessional. Nothing irritates me more than being called a liar. He asked how someone buying a home can't afford a place to stay. Well to him I will say that ALL my money was tied up in this process. Partially because you increased the earnest money that was needed. Appraisals and inspections aren't cheap. Buying a home ISN'T CHEAP! The fact I have to explain this to a real estate agent is mind blowing to me! I'm not sure why he even fought it! All we wanted to do was get money to his client faster! So needless to say, I will never be hiring this company, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
I had the pleasure of working with Madeline McEntire to help my client purchase his first home. She was extremely professional and communicative. Overall this transaction was a win-win for everyone. Thanks Maddie!
They seemed nice but they don't wear masks properly or at all.
I cannot judge whole company, or any other realtor in this company.
At least my experience with Ernad Mehinovic was not end up well.
Late show up for two meetings, and could not concentrate my request even in the meeting. So I decided to stop any further process.
They may have too many listing, so better to find out independent agency who can focus your request.
On 9/20/21 at approximately 2:35pm one of their representatives in a dark metallic gray Dodge Durango abruptly cut me off at the corner of 4100 South and 3600 West without signaling, narrowly missing my own vehicle. When I tried calling the number listed on their website, Patty answered. Instead of being concerned about the fact that one of her co-agents had almost caused an accident Patty defensively started saying that all of their agents are independent contractors and I would have to call the brokerage. Since the only phone number I had was from their website, I posted this here in hopes that someone would see and be more concerned about how someone representing their company is behaving around the motoring public. Shame on you Patty for not stepping up as independent contractor representing Realty Path or even being minimally apologetic for the behavior of someone else that is also representing you.
I have worked Nidia Martinez for a number of years and have found her be knowledgeable, professional and responsive. What I like the most about working with Nidia is her knowledge of the real estate market and her sense of practicality.
