If I could give this place zero stars I would. My son is on growth hormone injections that are sent to us through RXcrossroads and when I noticed we were down to about a months supply, I called in for refills. They said they needed his doctor to send over a new prescription with the updated dose. OK so I reach out to the doctors office and they send a new prescription over. I call back two days later (they ask to give them 48 hours to receive faxed prescriptions) and they tell me they are still waiting on the updated prescription. I tell them it was sent; they insist it wasn t received. Called the doctors office again and they send out another updated prescription. I wait two days and call to set up the shipment of new meds. Nope, RXcrossroads still doesn t have it. They give me their fax number and phone number which I provide my son s doctor with and they fax over the new prescription to the number RXcrossroads gave me. Wait two days, then call them. They tell me they STILL have nothing. I have been trying to get my son s medication refilled for two weeks now and it s like faxes sent to RXcrossroads just disappear into a void and they have no idea what s going on. If we didn t HAVE TO use this place, I d avoid it like the plague.

Calling to check on a prescription we sent for a patient. First 2 calls the number was busy. The third time the phone was answered and I was told I was being transferred- after about a minute I was disconnected. Called again and received a busy signal. Called again and it was answered but after 3 minutes I was disconnected again!

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Their customer service, pharmacists and managers are completely incompetent. If at all possible AVOID USING THIS PHARMACY. I've been dealing with their incompetence for over a month for one prescription. Rude customer service agents. Managers don't return phone calls and the pharmacists routinely can't handle the scripts the way they're written out. I'll avoid putting specific managers and agents on blast but this company will definitely lose their contract with Lilly Cares.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my Trulicity. Why is this place still in business? I called 3 times..they said s supervisor would call me back withing 24 hrs..I got no phone call. It's ashame. You could die waiting on them!

I have waited for hours on the phone using the number on the vial trying to get a refill and on one has picked up. I even phoned as soon as they opened in the morning, still no response. I finally had to get my doctor's office to fax them, and even then it took weeks. I understand being busy, but not hiring enough staff to answer the phones is unforgivable. And what pharmacy these days doesn't have an automatic refill service on their phone where we can just put in the refill number? When I finally received the prescription, the bottle was broken and the pills spilled out. Poor packaging on top of everything else. Terrible terrible pharmacy.

Disappointed !

Disappointed !
Got a medicine whose pump doesn t work.
When informed them, instead of sending me another one ,I am bounced back n forth like a ball b/w McKesson complaint centre and by Rx crossroads customer service.
Would never purchase anything from them.

So very, very bad. New supervisor every month. Zero training. They expect colleagues to teach you. But everyone senior has quit or been fired. Very high turnover rate. Leadership is unable to answer any questions, always passing the buck. They dont even train the supervisors. Unrealistic work/life balance expectations. Literally non stop forced overtime every single day because of poor management. For such a large company they use a pre-historic software program to enter the prescriptions. Its not reliable and they cant track your work. Leadership is so lazy, you could get by with not working an entire year, they wouldn't even notice. No joke. They outsource HR, so if you ever need something like a missing paycheck, good luck. Some work, some dont. But one thing is for sure, expect to be mandated for overtime on a daily last minute basis. Also. The pay and health benefits are not good. Sad that a healtchare company that dispenses low to no cost medications has its employees having to pay nearly $1,000 a month copays for these very same medications. Avoid this place until leadership gets shook back up and they evolve. Right now they are being ran on a shoe string and wire.
