SETH WOOTEN IS A PREDATORY STALKER. Our family was dealing with financial issues and working out a loan modification for our home with our attorney and mortgage company and this man STALKED OUR HOME ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS AND THEN ACCOSTED MY BEST FRIEND IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOME EVEN AFTER SHE TOLD HIM THAT SHE WASNT THE HOME OWNER!!!!! TALKING ABOUT THE FORECLOSURE AND ASKING HER WHY SHE DOESNT EVEN CARE!!!!! This man is disgusting. This realty group is disgusting for even employing such PREDATORY PRACTICES. I will be reporting this on any and every forum including with NAR.

The lady Keleigh Thompson had us do her floors and they looked great she paid . next time i hear from her she wants more work done over a year later we didnt have time to come give her an estimate so she gave my company a bad reveiw , and tried to make us look bad and never said anything about what she wrote about me, after she recommended us to her clients shame on you Keleigh Thompson BAD BUSINESS LADY BEWARE WHO YOU BUY YOUR HOUSE FROM...

Kathy at Realty ONE Group Premier is a realtor we would recommend to anyone as the service received was truly exceptional! As first time home buyers, we feel lucky to have worked with her. She is super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trustworthy, attentive, and very responsive! She always gave us an honest input on everything without any pressure and the entire process could not have been any smoother. We were able to find the perfect house and we will definitely be recommending Kathy to all of our friends and family in the future - she is just a pleasure to work with!!

As a first time home buyer, we did not have a good experience with Lana Baker from Realty ONE Group Premier. She was not very clear when we asked questions and when we communicated this to her she got defensive instead of fixing the issue. We had asked the sellers to fix some things around the house and both sides signed the contract. However, the roof, which was the main thing we wanted to be fixed, was changed but never inspected.

We had a leak in the ceiling less than two weeks after moving in. After contacting the city inspector, we were notified that the roof was never inspected and it was our agent s responsibility to get the inspection done prior to closing as it is a stipulation on the contract. When we notified Lana she let us know that she is no longer representing us. She is no longer responsive and told us good luck.

We would not go with Lana again and we would not recommend her to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

Karina Realty ONE Group is a true professional. It was a great experience working with her, as her caters to all things we want with the house we are looking for. She gave us an honest opinion to the house we looked at and that is a great information as a buyer. Karina is friendly, trustworthy, and quick to respond to questions and concerns. We would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a home.
