I rented a condo which was managed by Marilyn Deane.
After 15 months of a roof leak and breathing issues in the unit, I had a mold test done. My money.
Turned out that black mold was present. But I was told the fritters were clogged.
Within a hour of sending the report I was told to move in 30days. Now there s mold... wait! No!
She says there s no mold.
Lies and deceit.
If you rent this unit, don t sign their mold release form. You will be exposed to black mold.
Look at the decking on the balcony. FYI.
Beware of the health hazards here.

Realtors like Paula Reece, who are extreme right conservatives and participates in fighting with Democrats on local news channels on FACEBOOK, should not work with customers. People should know this about her.

Agents never answer the phone, neither does the office! I've been trying for 6 days now via email and phone to go view a home listed. I'll just have to take my business elsewhere.

We originally found our rental home through a real estate agent. The home we found was managed by Realty Executives -not owned by them.

Overall, we had a great renting experience. They set up an online account for us to submit maintenance requests. Maybe that's a hassle for some people, but it made things easy for me as I could submit the requests at my leisure any time of day. They were almost always quick to respond (w/in a day) and get someone out to take care of issues.

Our property manager Stephanie communicated well - especially via email. We stayed in the home for 3 years and the rent reasonably increased on par with the market each year. We eventually moved out after we bought our own home.

I'd recommend Realty Executives mainly due to their quick response time for maintenance requests and being hassle-free landlords.

Was looking for a place for my boyfriend while he works long hours (great job) by the way. I was very communicative with one of their agents and was shut down only cause they had multiple applicants. There was no extensive help past even the one rental. Other than "will let you know if it doesn't work out and good luck". This is my first time using Reality Executives at this specific location and my first impression is terrible. I'm very big on professionalism and not to mention if someone is looking for a place wouldn't you still try to help? Especially when they are looking to spend at least $1,200 a month? AND you're a rental agent? we'll take our business elsewhere.

Great service and support. When there's an issue that needs addressing you get fast results. I've been pleased with RE all along and I would highly recommend doing business with them anytime.
