This company is horrible and has terrible customer service apparently they extended a line of credit to a construction company
MCV (Frank Correar)construction in Dallas to do my foundation work, he was paid for the work but did not pay them and now there threatening to place a lien on my property, they refuse to stand behind the homeowner against shady and crooked building contractors, how am i responsible for someone else's line of credit, and they refuse to tell me what qualifies this company to just obtain thousands in credit and walk off and not pay for anything. Do not ! I repeat do not use this company, there crooks also.

The service at Ready Cable is beyond excellent. Our inspection report said a post tension cable needed to get fixed. Ready Cable technicians came within 24 hours and completed the job with no fuss or mess. The best part about their service is the communication. Ms.Wendy was always available to answer any questions and provided all documentation required promptly. We re in the middle of selling our home and buying another and the folks at Ready Cable were extremely helpful in making sure we met our deadlines. Will absolutely recommend their services!

Excellent Customer Service and workmanship!

Excellent Customer Service and workmanship!

Ready to close on the sell of a house. A post-tension tendon sticking out of the foundation was found during the buyer s inspection (see pics). It needed to be fixed ASAP to be able to close on time. We called Ready Cable on a Saturday 10 minutes before closing! We were lucky to reach Teresa who explained the problem and what could be done about it very well. She proceeded to set up was needed for us to get someone on Monday to fix the problem on the phone for like 30min past her time to go home. From there we were on the good hands of Gladys and Wendy who got everything ready for the appointment. The guys from Ready Cable showed on time, proceeded to explain what might have gone on (the cable was snapped in the middle, likely by a screw during framing of a wall). They proceeded to pull the snapped cable out, replace it with a new one, tension it and grout the ends to prevent rusting (foundation looks as good as new). Arduous job and NOT so easy, but they managed in spite of some snafus (new cable didn t go in so easy) in less than 45min!!

My hat goes off to Teresa, Gladys, Wendy and the two guys that got the job done on this!!!! Excellent customer service and workmanship!!! Thank you!!!

I don't understand how companies like this stay in business. I tried to work with a salesman over a week and a half trying to get some fabricated rebar. Finally turns out they refuse to estimate it for me, and even if i tell them what i need myself they "can't bend the bars exactly how i want".
