Tracy Cousineau and her team have been absolutely amazing!!! When it came to selling our home, our agent Kristie was phenomenal. We didn't know how much our home was worth, and we were happy if we just got the money back that we put into it. Kristie ran comps for us, and told us we could list the house for way more than we ever thought posssible. Kristie recommended painting and doing minor repairs to increase the value of our home, which we gladly did. Tracy's team told us how to stage the home for maximum impact. We listed our home on Friday and by Monday, only 3 days later, we had a full offer!!! I could not believe it! I highly recommend Tracy Cousineau and her team and I'm telling everyone I know!!

We only spoke to Tracy one time when she came to talk to us about listing. When we sent her an email to talk directly to her for advice, she didn't have time for us and forwarded us to her staff. Unlike her advertisements on 104.7, she was not "aggressive" in selling our home, nor did she make us feel like "part of the family". Terrible experience with Real Estate Expert Advisors. We definitely feel that our agent wanted to sell our house, but perhaps only for the commission.

My main complaint is that our agent misinformed us, did not fulfill the promises that she made us, and she did not fight for our house. She stood there silent, allowing prospective buyers and their agents to criticize our house. She was slow to act and we often felt like we had to take matters into our own hands to get the house sold. Our house did end up selling through Real Estate Expert Advisors, but only because we chose not to back out of our contract with them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for your response. I truly believe that your response not only speaks to your supposed professionalism but also your supposed dedication to your clients. Not once did you nor anyone from your company reach out to us to remedy nor understand the situation.

Regarding your comment on the mold. We hired a company that was recommended to us by Kara. When that company failed to correct the problem, what other choice did we have but to find another company? The company that did end up correcting the issue was a company that the buyers recommended. That problem was corrected.

Next, the dishwasher was under warranty and Sears did correct the issue. The first time they came out, they repaired the problem that they had diagnosed, not knowing that there was an additional problem. They came out a second time after having to wait for a part to be shipped. I apologize that the repairs of the dishwasher were not up to your speed. Regarding the $500 that the buyers wished to be held in escrow? Kara did not inform us about that until closing.

Kara made many promises that she did not deliver.
Prior to taking pictures for the listing of the house, we expressed to Kara that we wished to take our refrigerator. She recommended that we leave the fridge, since an empty space in that particular spot would not look appealing in the photos. She reassured us that she could leave a comment in the listing saying something along the lines of 'refrigerator negotiable' or 'refrigerator to stay with seller'. She failed to do that and we lost our refrigerator. The brochures, listing of the house, video, shoe covers etc... advertised to us? Not delivered.

I do agree with you that Kara and the buyers' agent worked very hard to keep this sale going. Why would they not, for such a "top dollar" sale? I truly feel that Kara did not fight for our home and she was extremely accommodating to the buyers' demands at the expense of ignoring our wishes, almost to the point that she seemed to want to sell the home too quickly, at our own expense.

I am truly sorry that we do not agree on these issues. My intent in writing this review is not to cast blame on anyone nor tarnish any reputations, but merely to inform the public about our poor experience with your company. I wish you all well.

The process was quick as my home sold very quickly, but Kara walked me through every step of the way, was very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. Checked in constantly to make sure I understood any paper I needed to sign. The team made very nice brochures of my home with high quality photos. I'm not surprised the home sold so fast.

She doesn't consider her job done once the closing is complete. 6 weeks after closing I'm still able to reach out to her if I need assistance reaching to the new homeowners or if the new homeowner had questions for me.

I recently listed my home with real estate expert advisors and at 1st glance all seem well and the team seem to be very professional.. My wife and I did the initial consult and walk thru we were told it would be no problem to sell our home and here it is 90 days later with no offer. Our home is older and located in a beautiful neighborhood in Grayson Ga and most would hv thought it would be a easy sell.. But when your realtor never reaches out to you and everytime you call you get the vm its frustrating. I will admit they will call you back only hours later and after at least one text to follow up a phone call. We have done over 20 showings in which 4 of them the potential buyers arrived hours after the schedule appointment time and one came 2 hours early on a Sunday.. All th his to say with no warning.. We explain to real estate expert advisers and their team that we had a pending contract on a new build and we needed to take all steps to sell.. We did one open house ( not with my realtor)at my request and I believed that our home was shown several times with no screening and were told everyone would be prequalified.. One of the selling agents we ran into because he was late said all he had to do was call the showing time app and he spoke to no one prior to visiting our home.. His buyer was window shopping and plan to buy 3-4 months from now... I will say that I've learned from this experience and bigger names in real estate dont always pan out and never get a realtor who can call and get on the phone at least 50% of the time..

I wish you guys would have really addressed said issues and the feedback provided was addressed but not at your suggestion. The declined showings were out of our control and you guys know why.. My wife and I didn't think the home would sell in 24 hours like some of your customers claim, but that may be true.. We were prepared to list with you guys for the long haul but we find it hard to do with no communication. I'm not one to play the radio and you guys didn't do anything special to help us sell our home being the tragedy we recently experienced in our family. I was willing to spend money to make home improvements and I was advised not to do anything. I hope you and your staff can be a little more helpful to the next family that may be facing difficult times as this was not the case for us.. I would also like to say that MM is a great person and we thank her for the support during our loss. Also you did ask us to reduce the price in which we were prepared to do and we waited to see how long it would take you guys to follow up with us and it was crickets... So why extend a contract? There's a whole team of experts and no one really did any advising but we declined showings..huh?

Kristie Samples (our real estate agent) was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was very willing to be available to show us homes and answer any questions we had throughout the process. And because of that, she found us our first home!

They listed my home on Friday and had multiple contracts by Sunday.
They handled all the negotiations very well and kept me informed every step of the way. Then, when the person buying the house lost the buyer for their house, they re-listed my home on a Monday and had 2 contracts by the next evening. They did a great job.

Poor communication and lack of decent professionalism from an agent named Jay. I drove 40mins to see a property and the agent wasn t there. He didn t even have the common courtesy or professionalism to let me know that the property was no longer on sale and that he was not going to be there. He then had the audacity to ask if I still wanted him to look for similar properties without even apologizing. His excuse was that yesterday was a holiday and he was off work. The appointment I made today was in the late afternoon and he had all morning to put in a simple call. I will not use this agency ever again and I do not recommend them.

I met Stephanie on March 7, 2019, at Starbuck's coffee shop. I told Stephanie that I rented for 12 years and never thought I could afford a home. My best friend wanted me to talk to a realtor before I closed the door entirely on buying a house. I didn't know any realtors, but I have heard the fantastic reviews about Tracy Cousineau from Fish 104 Radio Station. Catchy commercial it's Cousin with an "Eau" on it. Honestly, that was the only way I remembered it.

Stephanie took the time to explain how she works with this excellent team and how they stay up-to-date with regular training on new things in real estate. I was so impressed by how Stephanie laid everything out and explain everything to me. It was her compassion and how she loved who she worked for and loved her job that meant a lot to me. I quickly realized "Hey, I can afford a home on my own" and for the last 12 years, I had been renting! I explained to Stephanie that my best friend and I had looked at a lot of apartments, but once we went to look at these apartments, my best friend and I both agreed I couldn't see myself being in certain communities and it was not what I wanted. I was asking God for his advice and help with this because after losing Shana Jo; I was for sure I could not do this alone. It was like God just shut the door on them.

I asked Stephanie what's the fastest time she has helped someone to find a home. Then I told her that I was leaving in 2 days for Arkansas for my daughter's second-year memorial. My daughter and my only child committed suicide by hanging on March 12, 2017. And my current lease was up on June 1, 2019. With that said, we needed to find something in three months.

Well, Stephanie and God didn't need three months! They only needed me to get back to Atlanta. The night I returned from Arkansas, I sent Stephanie and my best friend an email with a Condo address and asked if we could look at this Condo. I feel in love with the Condo. Stephanie wanted to make sure and showed me another Condo in the same area.

Stephanie worked her magic that night! She stayed up so late that Saturday night! She finally stopped sending me papers to sign at midnight when she officially made the offer for me. Stephanie got all of this done before the Condo owners had their first open house!

Stephanie did all this in JUST 30 days! NOT three months! To watch and experience how she works is impressive!

The home photographers were top notch, and made sure our home looked awesome. The recommendations for our home to be 'show ready' were spot on, and we felt good about the advice given to competitively price our home. Once sold, we had a closing specialist who set everything up and communicated well. All we had to do was show up!
