Terrible experience with Real Estate Expert Advisors. We definitely feel that our agent wanted to sell our house, but perhaps only for the commission.

My main complaint is that our agent misinformed us, did not fulfill the promises that she made us, and she did not fight for our house. She stood there silent, allowing prospective buyers and their agents to criticize our house. She was slow to act and we often felt like we had to take matters into our own hands to get the house sold. Our house did end up selling through Real Estate Expert Advisors, but only because we chose not to back out of our contract with them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for your response. I truly believe that your response not only speaks to your supposed professionalism but also your supposed dedication to your clients. Not once did you nor anyone from your company reach out to us to remedy nor understand the situation.

Regarding your comment on the mold. We hired a company that was recommended to us by Kara. When that company failed to correct the problem, what other choice did we have but to find another company? The company that did end up correcting the issue was a company that the buyers recommended. That problem was corrected.

Next, the dishwasher was under warranty and Sears did correct the issue. The first time they came out, they repaired the problem that they had diagnosed, not knowing that there was an additional problem. They came out a second time after having to wait for a part to be shipped. I apologize that the repairs of the dishwasher were not up to your speed. Regarding the $500 that the buyers wished to be held in escrow? Kara did not inform us about that until closing.

Kara made many promises that she did not deliver.
Prior to taking pictures for the listing of the house, we expressed to Kara that we wished to take our refrigerator. She recommended that we leave the fridge, since an empty space in that particular spot would not look appealing in the photos. She reassured us that she could leave a comment in the listing saying something along the lines of 'refrigerator negotiable' or 'refrigerator to stay with seller'. She failed to do that and we lost our refrigerator. The brochures, listing of the house, video, shoe covers etc... advertised to us? Not delivered.

I do agree with you that Kara and the buyers' agent worked very hard to keep this sale going. Why would they not, for such a "top dollar" sale? I truly feel that Kara did not fight for our home and she was extremely accommodating to the buyers' demands at the expense of ignoring our wishes, almost to the point that she seemed to want to sell the home too quickly, at our own expense.

I am truly sorry that we do not agree on these issues. My intent in writing this review is not to cast blame on anyone nor tarnish any reputations, but merely to inform the public about our poor experience with your company. I wish you all well.
