I recently listed my home with real estate expert advisors and at 1st glance all seem well and the team seem to be very professional.. My wife and I did the initial consult and walk thru we were told it would be no problem to sell our home and here it is 90 days later with no offer. Our home is older and located in a beautiful neighborhood in Grayson Ga and most would hv thought it would be a easy sell.. But when your realtor never reaches out to you and everytime you call you get the vm its frustrating. I will admit they will call you back only hours later and after at least one text to follow up a phone call. We have done over 20 showings in which 4 of them the potential buyers arrived hours after the schedule appointment time and one came 2 hours early on a Sunday.. All th his to say with no warning.. We explain to real estate expert advisers and their team that we had a pending contract on a new build and we needed to take all steps to sell.. We did one open house ( not with my realtor)at my request and I believed that our home was shown several times with no screening and were told everyone would be prequalified.. One of the selling agents we ran into because he was late said all he had to do was call the showing time app and he spoke to no one prior to visiting our home.. His buyer was window shopping and plan to buy 3-4 months from now... I will say that I've learned from this experience and bigger names in real estate dont always pan out and never get a realtor who can call and get on the phone at least 50% of the time..

I wish you guys would have really addressed said issues and the feedback provided was addressed but not at your suggestion. The declined showings were out of our control and you guys know why.. My wife and I didn't think the home would sell in 24 hours like some of your customers claim, but that may be true.. We were prepared to list with you guys for the long haul but we find it hard to do with no communication. I'm not one to play the radio and you guys didn't do anything special to help us sell our home being the tragedy we recently experienced in our family. I was willing to spend money to make home improvements and I was advised not to do anything. I hope you and your staff can be a little more helpful to the next family that may be facing difficult times as this was not the case for us.. I would also like to say that MM is a great person and we thank her for the support during our loss. Also you did ask us to reduce the price in which we were prepared to do and we waited to see how long it would take you guys to follow up with us and it was crickets... So why extend a contract? There's a whole team of experts and no one really did any advising but we declined showings..huh?
