We only spoke to Tracy one time when she came to talk to us about listing. When we sent her an email to talk directly to her for advice, she didn't have time for us and forwarded us to her staff. Unlike her advertisements on 104.7, she was not "aggressive" in selling our home, nor did she make us feel like "part of the family". We asked advice several times about what would help in selling our home or how to be more marketable and were not given any good strategies.
