Poor communication and lack of decent professionalism from an agent named Jay. I drove 40mins to see a property and the agent wasn t there. He didn t even have the common courtesy or professionalism to let me know that the property was no longer on sale and that he was not going to be there. He then had the audacity to ask if I still wanted him to look for similar properties without even apologizing. His excuse was that yesterday was a holiday and he was off work. The appointment I made today was in the late afternoon and he had all morning to put in a simple call. I will not use this agency ever again and I do not recommend them.
