Due to patient intervention of Mr.Bala, the hassles were sorted! Thumbs up!..i have both readylink and act,but i can say confidently that when it comes to service post connection, they are the best..unless the problem is beyond their hands, they do their best to sort out ..

Worst service. And no proper communication between Readylink & cable operators. For this reason we need to pay huge money. Operator will just disconnect the internet connection & get money saying some other or other reason. No proper policy between cable operators and Readylink which finally affects the customer.

Excellent internet connectivity at very minimum cost. I stay in periyanaickenpalayam and i am using their internet connectivity both in office and home for last 1 year. There was not even a single day were the connectivity was down (or) speed rate dropping.

For the past more than 20 days, I have not been re...

For the past more than 20 days, I have not been received the internet at afternoon (approx 1PM - 6PM), though I complained many times this problem is not solved till date even they knew reason. The reason is that while atmospheric temp is high, the input current wud be more than the maximum range. Readylink has to work with cable operator, but I dont know whats the problem with them.

Speed is inconsistent and throttled for certain sites like netflix (am getting only 5 to 10 out of 150mbps,but with mobile data am getting 30mbps for streaming) better go for some other provider if you are streaming netflix

Pubg game didnt loaded and i raised an compliant. They provided another DNS and after updating the provided DNS,it worked but they throttled the online gaming as well. Now pubg will load but you wont able to able properly due to speed throttling

Blocking online gaming is illegal without government order and they are doing it now.Why we need to use different DNS for online gaming and they throttled online gaming on that DNS as well.Even with proivded DNS,am able to load the game but not playable due to speed throttling

Speed Throttling and blocking certain contents without government order is illegal and am gone ah compliant to DOT

Update : 18th July

Again facing issues with Netflix and it seems they purposely throttling speed for netflix

Without vpn for netflix - 6 to 10 Mbps
Speedtest - 110 Mbps
With Indian vpn server - more than 80 Mbps for netflix

Shame on you guys

you guys are purposely throttling certain sites

Worst network, Customer care service flop. Please ...

Worst network, Customer care service flop. Please don't buy this service guys. Reasons as follows
1. No promised speed (I am paying for 100Mbps but getting 3 to 4 Mbps)
2. Frequent connection fluctuation, but no customer support on time
3. They could send message regarding scheduled maintenance, but taking additional one day to up and running from the mentioned time
4. Good at collecting bill without fail

And struggled to get my internet connection
The sales team let me down.
After some follow Up Jaffer and thanks Durai
CMe and activated my connection.
Your connection works efficiently. There were minor
Interruptions which was quickly attended to
By Jaffer and his team.
The difference between Bombay and Coimbatore
Is there is no interruption of service in Bombay
But if there is one the response is bad and it takes
Considerable time and effort to get it restored.
Whereas here with you people the response time is quick and fast unlike Bombay

Just one word "Excellent". It all started with for my CCTV i needed a broad band connection and started surfing and decided to go with Readylink (Pat on my back), excellent decision made. But the challenge was within one day 08/24 everything needs to be completed. Readylink folks accepted the challenge and Morning 7:30 my Local Cable operator came for extending the cable into my home, this was the milestone for rest to follow inline. At 11:30 AM another guy came for flushing (not sure if i heard it correct). Around 12:30 PM fiber cable with Internet is readily available at my home. The Gentle man Mayandi who was my representative was cool headed and answered all my calls politely and at 6:00 PM Arunkumar came in with Modem and in setup was completed just in 15 mins. Now all over my home is receiving the signal.

HATS OFF TEAM, and request you to maintain the same service for all the customers like me.

Worst ever customer service that ever exist on this planet.. have registered a complaint yesterday and no response and have no Internet today and again I called to register complaint no response.

Their phone number always disconnects the call saying it will call back and it will not call.

Not even a month we have been spending without problem with this ISP..

I m working as a Network engineer and they will treat you like you are dumb. Think if you are a normal illiterate person how would they treat you.

These people are supposed to be good at providing B2B internet connection.
I'm afraid their relevancy is dropping with the advent of commercial connections from ACT and with the launch of Jio GigaFibre.
Also, you can skip these guys if you need immediate response/service.

Waste network provider ever, don't buy connection ...

Waste network provider ever, don't buy connection from readylink. U have to call them often to check the internet connection in the area, even the bill was paid on due date but they doesnt give proper service to the customer's. I m facing this issue daily morning. Worst experience ever in coimbatore with this service provider. Never waste money on this connection. No proper response will be provided

One of the worst providers i must say. Have been calling them every alternate day for 3 weeks now for a new connection They said they have feasibility but nobody has even called me back to process it. 3 weeks of constant follow up for a new connection.. Can't imagine how their service will be if there is a technical issue.

Worst service, am not satisfied with this service, Money minded. They will respond till money will transfer to their account, once they received amount means they won't pick. No proper communication between cable operators and readylink employees. Employees are giving wrong commitments and spoiling our work and also company name. Each and every employees are responsibility for their company. If they can't means y they are working and wasting our time. I did very big mistake installing this network. Worst service in Narasimmanaicken palayam coimbatore. Once again am not satisfied with ur service.

Very poor customer service. Irresponsible answer. Blame game people. Never take care of customer in rural areas. Though I am a customer for a very long period, when problem raises in technical side they don't care to rectify it. Very bad experience.

A person with readylink is good, he tried his max to provide service. But the Cable provider behavior is very worst and rude response from them. Kindly do this broadband service independently. Cable tv operators are not helpful for ur service.

Provider has link with local cable operator , but need to pay extra charges for the wire based on the distance they charged me 750 which providers doesn t care at all .Not satisfied with operator service , they just left the wire - not pining it in wall.Customers can t pay electrician to fix those wires.Other than that all speed and customer support is good.As it s becoming good broadband provider in city. They should take care of all these stuffs.

There are multiple issues regarding my connection with Readylink.

Frequent disconnection

Bill date changed to 25 th and disconnected my network Even when my bill date is 27th of every month. I used to pay regularly and there was no miss from our end

Poor customer service as there say it on face your network is disconnect due to unpaid bill however my due date is 27th of every month

They say maintenance activity today at particular time from 25th 11 pm to 26th Sep 05:00 am but atill I do not have network and no response through email or call and no call backs offered

This makes me to feel that I had choose worst broadband service and if I don t get any response to the above issue I had to cancel it and go with other provider
