Standard Parking, The Greek Theatre Review

Love the Greek. Can be hard to get a taxi or rideshare because of limited signal strength.

The venue has been greatly improved. Access is very easy in and out. You don't feel overwhelmed by the crowds anymore. Acoustics are still great. The trip from San Diego is well worth it.

A great way to get there is the Dash shuttle bus from the Red Line subway station at Vermont and Sunset. Costs just 50cents a person, takes you right there no hassle. Take the shuttle back down or simply walk downhill

Tom Jones was amazing! A fantastic venue to see a concert on a beautiful LA night.

Can't beat the views of Griffith Park and no seat is a bad seat. The acoustics aren't too bad, either.

Great sounds d system, great acts. Lighting and pyro tech is top. Lots of staff to help out. Over all just a top experience!!

Its just a beautiful place, if you havent seen it and like historical spots a must go.

Was my first time attending an event here and it was a GREAT VENUE. Was very crowded but everything ran smoothly. Will definitely come back!!!!

Very impressive! We availed of prepaid parking which was convenient for us. The Greek Theatre was jam-packed on my first visit to watch Tom Jones Live! The weather was perfectly cool! The ambiance was unique, very romantic! We were practically seated under the stars, breathing in unpolluted fresh air, very close to nature with the Holywood hills as the backdrop.

And the acoustics were perfect, producing balanced properties of the various instruments played at the concert. Definitely music to the ears! Would definitely go back when given a chance.

The restrooms stretched from north to south, and were clean, and well maintained.

We used the shuttle parking at Griffith Park for $10. Wow this is the way to go. Easy and efficient. We had hamburger dinner there just at a concession. It was just ok. We saw Laura Pausini - AMAZING AWESOME CONCERT. She connects with her audience. Strong beautiful voice and loved the rock n roll. GREAT CONCERT. Love this outdoor venue.

Excellent small venue, a great concert place. Cheaper parking is available in advance with a free shuttle to and from the venue.

A miniature Hollywood Bowl hidden in Griffith Park! Would definitely come back here.

Not real handicap friendly...be sure to get floor seats otherwise you'll be going up and down lots of stairs. Atmosphere is Beautiful, lots of food & drink choices! Awesome Venue...

Small venue compared to the Hollywood Bowl. Transportation/parking can be a nightmare. Feels more intimate and personable than the bowl.

It's was good place to visit but the food was just ok and way to overpriced and the beer was way too expensive$15 for a beer that's ridiculous...

Great acoustics, small intimate venue, off site parking with shuttle

This is my favorite venue in Los Angeles for a concert. I'd go see anything here; Allman Brothers (back when they were touring), Phil Lesh & Friends, Indigo Girls, Jackson Browne and so many other concert memories.

The back-drop of beautiful lit trees, the crisp night air and the feeling of partying with the coolest group in Los Angeles at one of the most incredible spaces keeps me coming back. Oh, and the music is always great too!

Spectacular venue with great sound and seats, no matter where you are in the venue.

We enjoyed this venue so much we can't wait to see what we can see again really soon.

I went to my first experience at the Greek Theatre, unfortunately it was raining and we didn't get to really truly experience the wonderers LA Weather in October. People still stuck it out watching some of their favorite filipino singers. I can see how this spot can actually be very adorable watching your favorite shows. Parking is a bit hard if its something really good..I can imagine it getting super congested during a premium show, being that it is so close to Griffith Observatory.

Good place for concerts but the traffic after is horrible.

Just attended the Season 8 premiere of The Walking Dead. The Greek is a great theater! HOWEVER...I have NEVER experienced so many rude employees. I was a guest in your house and I don't appreciate being screamed at.

Parking isn't good but the experience inside was good

I've always liked The Greek Theatre. Last night was no different. We saw Los Lonely Boys, Ozomotley and Los Lobos. Los Lobos was the best but they didnt have allot of time to bring it all out. I'd like to see them at The Greek again but just them. No openers.

Love the venue but hate the parking. If the concert you're seeing is sold out, you probably should arrive much earlier than the show starting time. We were forty minutes late just because of the traffic to park. It was torture because while we were stuck waiting to park we could here the concert smh. Aim to arrive for when the doors open not for the show start time. Also the employees that are "suppose" to help you find your seat are not very helpful and seemed bothered by being asked for assistance.

This place is amazing!!!! Up in the hills such a great venue! I had the pleasure so see a Will Ferrell charity concert/comedy night here. Man did they rock the place. Only reason for the 4 stars is just like any other place food is subpar and very overpriced. Make sure u eat before. Alchohol is overpriced but that we all know. Pretty good on the Rocks margaritas tho!

Great prices, small venue, no bad seats. Parking sucks! Uber instead if you can.

Beautiful venue, first time I go there is not too big so yo can have good views. The acoustic had some issues but still enjoyable

Saw Santigold here. Beautiful venue with really cool chandeliers. Even though it was opening and spacious it still felt like an intimate performance. Plenty of bars and lots of staff. Did have a que for a while for the bathroom even though there were lots of stalls.

Great place to see a show! Especially in the summer. Great acoustics and beautiful at night. Make sure to take the shuttle for parking. 10 bucks and it's easy as can be.

What a great venue! The only problem I see is that the great seats we got are even closer together than a Southwest Airlines coach/ economy seat!
Very uncomfortable. Other than that, a great time.

Great venue but getting an uber after the show can be problematic

Wow what a theatre and what a performance by Avril Lavigne. Sound was outstanding.
We entered and exited the theatre in no time with little hastle.

Went and saw Al Green in concert, I had a good time

My first time at the Greek we saw Tom Jones! It was so much fun! We had box seats and it was a really great venue! They have huge screens on either side of the stage so you always have a good view! The staff was friendly and the food was good. The show was fantastic and sounded great even as you walk around. All around great experience!

Beautiful venue, everyone loved the sound, i wasnt happy with the acoustics while seeing WAR and George Clinton.

Absolutely fabulous. Saw Chicago in concert, they are better in person... The horn section is tremendous. They are artists and entertainers... Beautiful music. They are aging perfectly. But the music is ageless.. The Greek is a perfect size for an intimate concert. Reserve a spot for the next concert.
