There are multiple issues regarding my connection with Readylink.

Frequent disconnection

Bill date changed to 25 th and disconnected my network Even when my bill date is 27th of every month. I used to pay regularly and there was no miss from our end

Poor customer service as there say it on face your network is disconnect due to unpaid bill however my due date is 27th of every month

They say maintenance activity today at particular time from 25th 11 pm to 26th Sep 05:00 am but atill I do not have network and no response through email or call and no call backs offered

This makes me to feel that I had choose worst broadband service and if I don t get any response to the above issue I had to cancel it and go with other provider

Worst network provider no response and m with out Internet for two days even when I had taken highest plan and paid regularly with no miss
