Horrendously & highly incompetent staff that barely speak English & are liars. Gunfire Ltd that is part of the group left me, a vulnerable disabled individual with no running water due to putting nail in pipe, leaving all 17 residents without water. I had to get hotel room as property is my property is wheelchair adapted & not many about. One night/day had the humiliation of being carried 3 flights of stairs to friends flat (no lift) & had to use a commode in kitchen. What is worse not only block on estate they have done this to. They have flooded each & each one yet when staff confronted they lie & say not me yet water coming from nail hole in wall & roof. STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE HAVING BASIC SERVICE OF RUNNING WATER & DO NOT WANT FLOODING.
DO NOT SUB CONTRACT FOR THESE PEOPLE! Assisted Gunite with carrying out concrete repairs to several high rise blocks and still have not been paid 5 months later! Trying to talk to their "Payments Team" is impossible and the very rare email that they bother to respond to always says you're on the next payment run and lo and behold a cheque never appears! Companies like this are killing small business!
