I DO NOT Recommend to anyone to deal with any agent in this office of CRUZ GROUP at all, specially (( Monica Lomeli )).
i tried to see house for rent Monica put 2 days open house to people to come see the house 1st day was 8am to 9am and 2nd day was Wednesday 7pm to 8pm which is bad time to see house and she texted me the application to fill it out with out able to see the house ,i called the office no one answering there phone at all just texting ,
i can not believe the application Require documents they asking:
1) 2 Months bank statements
2) 2 Months recent paystubs (proof income) and W-2's or 1099for 2019
3) Color copy of Driver's License
4) Minimum Annual verifiable income Require $110,000
5) 1st rent and plus $3000 Deposit
6) $45 for checking Background fee
7) Tenants must obtain renters insurance
i think they thinking selling this house

Aileen from Remax helped me sell my house a couple years ago she did a great Job i was very satisfied with what she did made me feel she rwally cares about her clients now i got her helping me find a new house and i am confident she will put me on a great house i really recommend her to anyone...thanks Aileen

I've never done business with these people, but they are awful. They saw that we took our house off the market (our agent isn't affiliated with them), and they've called my wife and I multiple times per day for several weeks (personal and work #'s) trying to get us to list with them.

I've never given them our contact info. Apparently they get some kind of list of houses that were taken off the market, and spam call them for weeks to get business.

We called their office and specifially asked them to stop calling us, and remove us from the list. Less than 5 minutes later, we get a call from Zoram Luna at their office! I will never do business with Re/Max Time, nor will I sell my house to a client who has an agent from this office.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANGELICA ALCARAZ FOR ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS.
She was (I thought) a personal friend. But Angelica Alcaraz stole from me. She told me she was in financial ruins and asked me for a personal loan and promised to pay me back in one month.
On February 22, 2014 a wrote a check for $2500.00 to her as a personal loan
I've called her over and over again and she says she has no intentions of paying me back
A PERSON LIKE HER DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BLESSINGS FROM GOD.
She is a TERRIBLE PERSON with no self conscious.

I am sad to say that I had to do business with Thi Diem Vu (real estate agent for this company). I had the worst experience with her from a seller standpoint. She made the entire selling experience (which started off as a happy one), completely miserable and soured it all. In the middle of our very hectic move, she sent inappropriate text messages to myself and my realtor berating my realtor and the closing process. She went as far as making disparaging remarks regarding our realtor to him and myself via text.
During her many homes visits she made prior to escrow closing, she badgered us regarding our financial ability to move in such a truncated time. She repeatedly asked inappropriate questions regarding our financial status.
She treated my husband and I in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It was appalling to work with her, especially when she represents such a well reviewed company. I trust this is not the way ReMax wishes to conduct business with any customer. I have never encountered such treatment before. I recommend to NEVER use this woman as a real estate agent or realtor. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way Ms. Vu conducted business.

We were set to close on November 19, 2018. We are now in February and still haven t closed. The agent for the buyer doesn t have the professionalism of returning calls, text or emails to our realtor. If your working with Jonny, expect a long process and lack of communication.
