I DO NOT Recommend to anyone to deal with any agent in this office of CRUZ GROUP at all, specially (( Monica Lomeli )).
i tried to see house for rent Monica put 2 days open house to people to come see the house 1st day was 8am to 9am and 2nd day was Wednesday 7pm to 8pm which is bad time to see house and she texted me the application to fill it out with out able to see the house ,i called the office no one answering there phone at all just texting ,
i can not believe the application Require documents they asking:
1) 2 Months bank statements
2) 2 Months recent paystubs (proof income) and W-2's or 1099for 2019
3) Color copy of Driver's License
4) Minimum Annual verifiable income Require $110,000
5) 1st rent and plus $3000 Deposit
6) $45 for checking Background fee
7) Tenants must obtain renters insurance
i think they thinking selling this house
Very very bad customer service
