I am sad to say that I had to do business with Thi Diem Vu (real estate agent for this company). I had the worst experience with her from a seller standpoint. She made the entire selling experience (which started off as a happy one), completely miserable and soured it all. In the middle of our very hectic move, she sent inappropriate text messages to myself and my realtor berating my realtor and the closing process. She went as far as making disparaging remarks regarding our realtor to him and myself via text.
During her many homes visits she made prior to escrow closing, she badgered us regarding our financial ability to move in such a truncated time. She repeatedly asked inappropriate questions regarding our financial status.
She treated my husband and I in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It was appalling to work with her, especially when she represents such a well reviewed company. I trust this is not the way ReMax wishes to conduct business with any customer. I have never encountered such treatment before. I recommend to NEVER use this woman as a real estate agent or realtor. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way Ms. Vu conducted business.
