Steve Osiecki is the Broker when one of his agents could not answer a problem I was having with a sale. He stepped right in and handled situation. Everything was smooth there on.
Be very careful if you rent a house that these guys list. When we signed the lease, the property manager turned out to be another realtor, which, quite frankly, is a slumlord. I'm guessing that there's no law that says you can't have a nice young realtor with a shiny new office in the Piazza show you a property even though they have no connection with the owners or the ghetto realtor that actually manages it. Caveat Emptor!
RE/MAX Access has a wonderful diverse staff of agents so there is someone who will be a good fit for you! There are tons of specialized agents and are in a great location with parking!
BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING WITH RE/MAX AND THEIR AGENTS. THEY HAVE POSTED OUR HOUSE FOR SALE WITH AN INVALID AND NON-BINDING CONTRACT THROUGH THEIR AGENT MICHAEL HO.
DO NOT USE THEM! I reached out about an apartment, the first day it was put online. It was perfect and I was in love. It took them 2-3 weeks to let me look at it. The agent promised I would be the first to look and have first dips. By the time they let me come see it, she had already shown it to two people. She told me if my background check was good that she would by pass it and let me have it. So I paid the $45 fee and waited. Eveything thing came back perfect, however now I was competing with someone else for the house. This person came in 2 days after me and we had to wait for his background check to clear. I don t know why because mine was already cleared and the apartment should have been mine. After weeks of going back and forth she kept asking if I could put 3 months up front on top of First last and security, then asking if I would pay $1425 instead of the$1350 it originally was. I would of never gave them $45 if I knew this is how it was going to be. It was a nightmare and I finally said I would pay 3 extra months up front!! And still they went with the other person. Smh... worst experience
Investing in real estate should be about stability, comfortable and solid returns, as well as protecting downside and securing the investment with real property
I used RE/MAX Access to represent me in my last transaction. Everything was handled smoothly and by the numbers. The deal closed on time and I was guided every step of the way. They will be my go to brokerage for all my future Real Estate needs.
